"A-aray, aray" he acted hurting ng hinampas ko siya sa sinabi niya.
I also break the hug pagkatapos niyang sabihin 'yun.
"H-hindi pa no, may...... " I was thinking of a reason, "may quiz bee pa!" I reasoned out.
He just laughed to what I've said, "Sayang may pupuntahan pa naman tayo."
Tumingala ako ng tingin sa kanya at tinaas ko ang kilay ko.
"Uhm, at saan naman 'yun?" I curiously asked him.
"Next time, may quiz bee ka pa eh." he mocked me and pinch my cheeks.
'Is this a bait?'
"Sana all" lumingon kaming dalawa sa sumigaw.
It is Sara.
I roamed my eyes around and I see students looking intently to us. I even saw Allyson with her group of friends. Nag-uusap sila pero hindi ko naririnig dahil masyadong mahina at malayo sila sa amin ng kaunti. The dagger look from Allyson pointing to me.
If looks could kill? Maybe Sara is right again.
Umiling akong tumingin ulit kay Sara at palapit na siya sa aming dalawa. I saw in my peripheral vision na umalis na rin sila Allyson.
"Xander, Uhm si Sara nga pala." I introduced Sara at tumingin naman siya dito.
"Hi, Captain!" Sara waved his hands to Xander. My brows furrowed due to my confusion. They know each other?
"Shhhhh" nilagay niya pa ang hintuturo niyang daliri sa labi niya para sabihing tumahimik si Sara.
"Captain?" I repeated.
Sara grab my shoulder para iharap sa kanya, "Don't tell me, you didn't know?"
My reaction didn't change and she widened her eyes to see it.
"Hiramin ko lang kaibigan mo ah!" he slowly pull me from Sara at inakbayan ako.
"Shoo, shoo sige, humayo at magpadami haha" Ayan lang ata narinig ko kay Sara ng pasakay na kami sa kotse niya. I shook my head to what she said.
I clicked my seatbelt at nilagay ang bulaklak sa lap ko. He started the engine and went outside the campus. Pinagmasdan ko ng mabuti ang bouquet na binigay niya dahil hindi familiar sa akin ang isang bulaklak na kasama ng rose.
"Calla lily" he said at napalingon ako sa kanya.
