Hindi man pumayag si Papa na pumasok ako sa trabaho ngayong araw, ay pumasok pa din ako. I need to send files and report on it.

"Nandyan ba si Miss President?" tanong ko sa secretary niya.

The secretary stood up and greeted me. "May kausap pa po si Miss President sa loob, Wait po. I'm going to check."

I nodded at pinindot niya ang intercom, kinausap niya ang CEO while I'm standing near waiting. "Pwede daw po kayo Ms. Johnson."

I smiled and thank her. Kumatok muna sa pinto bago pumasok. She stood in the her swivel chair ng makita ako.

"Ms. Johnson, I thought you're still in the hospital. Ms. Perez told me that." she softly asked, nasabi na pala agad ni Sara dito.

I smiled to assured that I'm okay. "Lumabas na po ako kahapon Miss President."

Nalungkot siya sa sinabi ko. "But still, you need to rest."

"Okay lang po Miss President. I'll just hand you this important files and reports regarding to Martin Builders." I stepped closer at nilapag ito sa lamesa niya.

She sat down pero nasa akin pa din nakatingin. "You should take a leave." She commanded.

Months passed and I think I've been bad to myself. At least I need to breathe from everything.

I nodded. "Maybe I should." I response.

"Si Ms. Perez na ang bahala mag-report sa'kin nito. Rest Ms. Johnson, you're too uptight." Seryoso niyang sabi.

I keep myself distracted for years working from their company. Walang ibang pinagkaabalahan pwera sa trabaho. I should thank Macy dahil siya yung nagba-balance pagdating sa dating life ko.

"Oh, you should meet my brother" She looked at the back in the sofa area.

I turned around para tignan ito, then I saw Carl sitting nicely in the sofa. Hindi ko siya napansin doon dahil dumiretso ako sa table. I didnt know na kapatid niya si Carl pero hindi ko pinahalata na nagulat ako.

He's Xander's friend pero wala naman siyang ginawang mali sa'kin. So I should act nice to him. He stood up and walk closer to me.

"Ate.. I know her already." Then he looked to me. "Long time no talk, Rack."

I smiled when he said that. Carl is nice to me even before. 

"You know her? How come?" narinig kong lumapit sa amin si Miss President.

Carl nodded and a smile plastered on his lips. "She's Martin's ex?" patanong niyang sabi at nakita kong naguluhan ang kapatid niya dito.
