003.

It's now 8:51 and I'm just playing with the hoodie I had on waiting for it too hit 9 so I can close up and go home. The peace and quiet is killed by 3 loud boys laughing running in the store pushing each other, the tallest boy looks at me and obviously checks me out. The smallest boy looks at me with a smile, I recognize him, he was the boy with fluffy hair who came into the store yesterday. I quickly smile back. All 3 boys run too get chips, Arizona's and tons of other snacks then they come to the counter

"Hey pretty face" the tallest boy says with a smirk

I looked at him and god he was so attractive but with that smirk I can tell he was cocky which was a big turn off, but why not kill my boredom and mess with him for a bit, I'm sure I wouldn't see him again. Crushing his big ego would be entertaining.

"Hey mr. confident" I say with a smile, the two other boys laughed

"What's your name?" The boy continued

"Not interested" I said

"Wow that's a unique name ma" he leans on the counter

"Sure is" I said

"I see your not a men working that register, but i sense the same attitude" the boy says clearly talking and referring too Lorenzo

"What can I say it's passed in the family" I playfully wink

"No way your related too Lorenzo!?" The short boy from yesterday says

"Yeah, he's my older and only cousin" I said

"Woah, your attitude is actually pretty funny, Lorenzos attitude is just irritating" the boy with a perfect smile says

I laugh "well your total would be 22.98"

For once a customer finally killed my boredom, talking to them was kinda fun

The tall boy gave me a 20 dollar bill with 4 dollar 1 singles "can I have your number ?"

I noticed the clock hit 9 pm "Mmm bye" I waved and they all give me a confused look "it's 9, it's closing time" I giggle and pass them their bag with junk food

Before i can pass them their change the tall boy stops me

"Keep the change babe" he says and winks, we both laugh, then they all 3 walk out

The only change left was 2 cents, I'm sure he  knew what he was doing and did this on purpose. I laugh again as I put the 2 pennies in the cashier. I lock up and drive back home, man I wish all my costumers were like them, if they were all like them then I would never be bored and I would happily work here often.

When I got home I saw my mom walking out the bathroom

"Mom!" I quickly said

"Yes honey"

"Is Lorenzo working tomorrow?" I ask shyly

"No, why" my mom said

"Luca invited me out to eat and then to hang at his place for a bit and I was wondering if you'd let me go but if I have to work tomorrow I can just tell luca I can't hang"

"Of course you can honey, but you need to be home before 12"

"Yes, thank you mom" I smile

"Now get rest, goodnight baby" she kisses me in my forehead and I walk to my room and she walks too hers

I lay in my bed and FaceTime  luca, he picks up after the 2nd ring

"Heyy I miss you" Lucas said with excitement

"You just saw me at school" I giggle and so does he

There was a pause

"So are you free tomorrow?" Luca asks eagerly

"Yeah, my mom said i can go but I have to be home before 12"

"Yess, I'm going to pick you up and drop you off okay?" He smiles

"I have a car you know" I move my head to the side a bit

"I know but I have to make sure you get home back safely"

I smile. Me and luca lasted all night talking to each other on the phone until we both fell asleep.
