"Mattia?" I say

"Yes" he groans

"Oh my god I'm so sorry" I said as I got closer to Mattia

"It's fine" he said rubbing his cheek

"You scared the living hell out of me" I say "I'm sorry, that was just my first reaction"

"It's fine really, just remind me to never scare you again" he let out a laugh

"how long have you been here" I ask

"About ten minutes" he said

"What?" I say "I didn't even noticed"

"Yeah well you were sleeping" he said

"We're you watching me sleep? What a creep" I gently pushed him

"You just looked so cute sleeping, I couldn't help myself" he said "are you ready to go?" He asked

"Go where— oh crap we were suppose to go out, I forgot" I said "I'm sorry I fell asleep"

"It's fine, we can go now" he said "come on" he said as he pulled me towards the door

"What are you doing?" I ask as I furrowed my eyebrows

"We're going to head out the front door"he said simply

"We're going to get caught by my mom, we have to leave through the window " I say

"Then we better be super quiet" he smirked as he dragged me downstairs

"Mattia this is really not a good idea we're—"

"Sh" he interrupted me as he put his index finger on my lip

I furrowed my eyebrows and smack his hands off my face

"Ow" he rubs his hand

"Sh" I say and put my finger on his lips, he cracked a smile so I couldn't help but smile too

He grabbed my hand and pulled he out the door

I slowly close it to make sure it didn't make any noice

"Close your eyes" Mattia said as he parked his car in a dark location

"Is it weird that I'm scared" I said

"Do you trust me" he said Making eye contact

I closed my eyes and then covered them with my hands

Mattia started driving once again

I stayed with my eyes closed for a while

Finally when Mattia stoped he said "don't open your eyes, keep them close"

So that's what I did, I heard him get out the car then i soon heard him open the car door that was on my side

"I'll lead you" he said as he slowly picked me up from my waist, helping me get up and out the car, he closed the door then laid his hands on top of mine to cover my eyes

"Just so you won't peak" he joked

I wasn't sure where we were but I felt my feet sink, they felt warm, and kinda heavy. The wind was cold giving me chills

"Can I open my eyes now" I say, I couldn't help but wonder where I was at

"Just a little bit more" he said "okay" he gently takes his hand off mine "open them" he tells me

I open my eyes to see we were in the beach, their was a blanket on the sand with a box of deep dish pizza, my favorite, a candle, and roses

"Mattia" I say his name softly and turn around to look at him

"Like it ?" He asks

"Love it" I smile and hugged him "this is so cute" I say

"Let's eat" he said as he sat down on the blanket, I followed his actions and sat next to him

We stayed in a comfortable silence for a while, we ate and watched the water, I would catch Mattia look at me once in a while, he looked like he wants to say something but nothing came out his mouth, I've noticed he's been shy since we got here

After we finished the food it was quit until I spoke up

"Thank you Mattia, for this, it was a really nice gesture" I smile

"Of course" he said, he paused and looked at me until he got the courage to speak "remember when we first started talking, we both snaked our and cane to this beach, you brought pizza and even though it was cold we still ate it" he let out a laugh

"I remember" I state

"That was the best day of my life" he said making me blush "I-I brought you here because this is were we first started talking to each other, so it's only r-right to ask you this question here"

I paused and looked at him

"Elena, can you make me the happiest man in the world and be my girlfriend?"

Short chapter, thoughts on the jersey trio drama? Mattia says he's not dating vic but then why would ale & kai stop being friends with him if he's not dating her ? They had to cut him off for a reason right ?
