Dannii/ Closing Jackie's front door behind me I realize how stupid I am. It's the middle of the night, no lights are on, it's dark in the entire house. Ben's obviously sleeping. I should've just texted him. Jackie and Charlotte were sound asleep as I snuck out. I really wanted to talk to Ben before he leaves. But now I'm having second thoughts.
I go in to the kitchen and write him a note. I don't want to wake him so I leave the lights off.
I'm startled when I hear the wooden floor crack and he appears in the doorway. Leaning against the doorpost, all sleep dreamy, hair messed up, half naked. Black Calvin Klein boxers settled on his hip, chest and V-line all exposed for me to drool over.
This was a really, really bad idea!
"Peeterson?"
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to wake you?" I snap out of my fantasy. What am I doing here.
"No, I couldn't sleep." He scratches the back of his neck and smiles all pearly whites, but twitches instantly. Touching his cheek with his hand, I see it's a bad bruise my brother gave him earlier. I take a few steps closer until am standing in front of him.
Mint and Lemon. Mmmm.
When I touch his face he flinches, yet he let's my fingers caress his cheek. It already turned all colors purple.
"Does it hurt?" I trail the cut on his lip with my thumb.
"What are you doing here?" He sounds unaffected by my question.
"You weren't going to say goodbye!" I try to read his eyes, but he diverts his face and walks over to the sink.
"I didn't think you would want me to... Why are you here?" He asks annoyed, looking in to the dark throughout the window.
He looks back at the sound of me, taking off my coat. Surprise is on his face, eyebrows raise up as he scans my body.
When I look down I remember, in my hurry, I didn't actually put on any pants. I'm standing in front of him, vulnerable, only wearing his T-shirt as a dress, boots and my underwear. I smile shyly. My senses react instantly, cheeks flushing by his stare.
Oeps?
"I thought you would want it back...since you're going home!" Referring to his T-shirt I grab the hem, not sure if I should pull it up, to give it back or down to cover my bare skin. I guess I didn't think this one through. That's the problem with being around him lately. I don't think anymore.
He shrugs, but his eyes linger on my hands, resting on my thighs.
Ok, up it is!
"Keep it..." In seconds he is standing in front of me, stopping me from taking his T-shirt off. "Keep it on." Holding my hands in place as his upper body pushes me against the fridge.
So close!
"You ... need ... to go." Words are pushed out off his mouth as he steadies his head against the fridge door. Fighting an urge we both feel.
"I can't!" Like a fever I can't get rid off, his warm breath in my neck makes me shiver all over my body.
"Peeterson..." He doesn't move, probably debating on what to do. "This is not a game anymore. I already hurt you, you're brother hit me. More people will get hurt. You need to leave." His breathing gets heavier with every word, his chest pumping up and down rapidly.
His thumbs caressing my writs, hands still locked around mine, preventing me from any movement.
"No! Benjamin, I want ... I need this!" I whisper in his ear. There is no stopping me, I can't deny this urge in my body. My hart starts to race as I feel his face moving.
