"Jasper I... I... I accept... I accept you. I accept us." I had barely finished my sentence before Jasper crashed his lips to mine. Sparks flew figuratively and literally, everything felt on fire. Every sense had awoken, leaving me invigorated like never before. Not having to breathe had never come in handy more as we continued our passionate embrace.

"You had to leave the poor boy hanging this morning didn't you." A sarcastic voice that I loved spoke from behind me. I groaned, pushing Jasper away lightly.

"Of course. It adds to the fun, Auntie." I chuckled as Jasper wrapped his arm around my shoulders. I suddenly realised Jasper had no idea who Rebekah was and turned to him.

"Jasper, this is my Aunt Rebekah, Auntie Bekah, you know who this is." I said simply.

"You talk about me a lot then darlin'?" Jasper joked, his southern twang coming through.

"Nah, I just needed a snogging partner." I lied, causing all three of us to laugh. "You heading home Bekah?" I asked her knowing her answer.

"I'm sorry little one. Nik is getting hard to keep control of, your Dad is sending for back up, especially now Kol is awake too." I nodded, Nik and Kol together, especially if Niklaus was in a bad mood, was dangerous. My dad could take them, but he needed Rebekah more than me right now. At my nod, Rebekah speed hugged me and ran off. We didn't do emotional goodbyes, it just wasn't us. I turned back to Jasper.

"Welcome to the first nugget of my messed up family. Other than my dad, Auntie Bekah is the normal one." I laughed, spreading my arms like a conductor at curtain call.

"Come over tonight? Carlisle and Esme have wanted to meet you since I did yesterday." I cocked an eyebrow. Carlisle and Esme? "My adopted parents." Jasper answered my unasked question.

"Already, isn't that a bit fast?" I said, fiddling with the shirt tied round my waist.

"You're my mate, what's a few weeks in forever?" I laughed at his sheepish expression.

"You just want to show me off!" I teased running away from him at human speed, he quickly caught up, catching me around the waist before spinning me and kissing me. I laughed into the kiss, I was in a better mood than I had been in centuries. This was where I was meant to be, maybe I would stick around a bit longer in Forks.

"I definitely want to show you off." He laughed, kissing me softly.

Jasper and I spent the rest of the afternoon in the woods talking. He told me his story and I told him mine. It was perfect. I finally found somewhere I belonged.

Before long school ended and to keep up appearances, we went home in our respective cars, well, Jasper went with Rose in her convertible.

Walking into my house, I realised that I couldn't meet Jasper's 'parents' wearing my current outfit and I dragged myself upstairs to find something suitable. I tried on numerous outfits, searching for the one that said 'I'm the perfect girlfriend for your cold one son but I'm not trying too hard'. Let me tell you, it's not easy.

Finally deciding on my outfit, I got a blood bag out of the fridge and scrolled through my phone, before finally getting ready. This was it. The first impression of a millenium.

Bring. It. On...
