Alessa's POV
"Lessa!" Draco yelled from the common room.
I got out of my dormitory and looked at him confusingly. "Yes?"
"Did you take my hoodie again?" He asked from the bottom of the stairs.
I pretended to think, "Hmm, no."
"Alessa." Draco said dangerously.
"I'll take good care of it! I promise!" I grinned and slammed the door.
I could hear him cursing from behind the door.
"Les, you should really tell him." Daphne popped out of the bathroom, towel wrapped around her hair.
I blushed just thinking about it. "I-I don't know, Daph. I don't want to ruin what we already have." I admitted.
"God Alessa you're so thick." Daphne mumbled. "He likes you. Go for it!"
"Maybe later." I said. "Let's go to breakfast, then we have History of Magic." I groaned. "I-"
"-hate History of Magic? Me too." Daphne interrupted. "God it's so boring."
"We can always skip it." I smirked, feeling slightly slanderous.
"Let's get the boys on it too!" Daphne exclaimed.
"Sure, the more the merrier." I giggled.
"Let's go to Hogsmeade." Daphne gasped." The Yule Ball!" She said excitedly.
"The Yule Ball?" I repeated in confusion.
"Mother sent me a dress for the Yule Ball. It is a tradition in the Triwizard Tournament for a ball to be held after the first task. It is to commemorate the champions and the tournament itself!"
Give it to Daphne to know everything about partying.
"What are you saying?" I furrowed my brows.
"We're going dress shopping." Daphne squealed.
"You don't have a dress do you?" She asked.
"No, not yet." I admitted. "But mother did send me an envelope full of galleons for 'something special Daphne will tell you all about it'." I fished the envelope out of my trunk. "I guess this is it."
"Ooh, I'm so excited! Let's go!"
"Daphne we have breakfast." I reminded.
"So?" She was already taking vials of potions out of her makeup kit. "I have just enough for us to go there and come back."
I stuffed the envelope in the pocket of my coat and headed out of the dorms quietly, careful not to make a sound.
"And where are you ladies going?" Blaise asked as we were just about to exit the portrait.
"Snape!" I improvised. "Since I didn't get to talk to him last time."
"Yes, Snape. Okay bye boys!" Daphne pulled me out.
We rushed through the halls and stopped in front of one of the secret passages. The one eyed witch.
I cleared my throat, "Dissendium." I whispered loud enough.
The statue creaked and moved aside to reveal the passageway. Daphne and I giggled to ourselves and entered. The statue repositioned itself and locked us in the barely illuminated tunnel.
"They taste like old water." Daphne said, taking out two vials of silver substance.
"Huh. Alright." I said, taking one of the vials from her.
