During the whole class period, Atsumu bores holes through your head. However, since you were really good at ignoring people, you just continue to ignore him and focus on the lecture. This only caused the irritation in Atsumu to grow; he wasn't used to being ignored. In fact, he was really used to having all of the attention.

'Why won't she look at me?'

In order to get your attention, he starts throwing little paper balls at you. Finally catching your attention, you turn to look at him with a frown.

'Why won't he leave me alone?'

Excited you finally turned his way, Atsumu quickly writes on a piece of paper, folds it and throws it on your desk. You hesitate at first but decide to open it; hoping that if you heard what he had to say, he'd stop annoying you.

The note wrote:

You owe me something, you cold-hearted princess.

The sides of your lips twitch lower and you decide to just end your interaction there. Thankfully, the bell rings and you quickly pack up in order to leave the boy behind. However, you fail miserably and he stops you before you could get away.

"You owe me something. Because of you, I was caught up in the crowd and came late to class. I also got embarrassed in front of the whole class because of you! If it wasn't for you not paying attention, I would've gotten away from all the girls and got to class on time," Atsumu accuses.

"It's your own fault. I won't do something for someone who is this full of themselves. Maybe try to admit to your own faults first; you aren't a child anymore. Now please leave me alone. I need to get to my next class," you calmly and bluntly reply then leave him frozen.

"F/n-chan, what was that? Did something happen?" Mira curiously asks while you two walk to your next class.

"Nothing really. He's just being really annoying," is all you say with an emotionless face then bid your goodbyes to Mira.

"I'll see you at lunch."

The entire class, Atsumu couldn't help but think about you and your words. You sounded like an adult... an annoying adult to him. In addition, no one, besides his parents, Kita-san, or Osamu, had ever talked to him like that or even ignored him.

He was the school's prince.

LUNCH BREAK

"Suna, what's the name of the girl I sit next to?" Atsumu asks as everyone sits on the table.

"Uhh, I think it was L/N F/N."

"F/N-chan," Atsumu whispers to himself; however, it's loud enough for Osamu to hear.

"F/N? Is this a new girl you like?" Osamu asks which catches everyone's attention.

"Ew, Of course not. In fact, I hate her. She's annoying; she acts like a know-it-all."

"That's weird coming from you, the most egoistic and self-centered person," Suna comments which causes the others to laugh.

"It's not funny! She really is annoying. She bumped into me this morning and didn't even apologize," Atsumu tries to defend himself.

"Atsumu, did you even try to apologize to her as well?" Kita asks.

This causes Atsumu to frown while the others snicker.

"You aren't some kind of king or prince, Tsumu," Osamu obviously points out but this just causes Atsumu to frown even more.

"I don't care!" he yells then walks away to get a drink from a vending machine.

When he gets to the vending machine, he catches a glimpse of your hair and sees you sitting on a bench outside with your friend.

'So this is where she hangs out? Let's try to annoy her even more!' He smirks.

Walking towards the two of you, he leans against the bench.

"Hey F/N-chan!"

Surprised from the sudden voice, you look up and frown when you see who it is.

'Why is he using my first name already?' you think. "Who are you?"

The question sends an arrow through Atsumu's head.

"Miya Atsumu! You don't remember me? I'm your seatmate!"

Then an idea pops into his head. An idea that would perfectly end you and your cold hearted self... At least, that's what he thinks.

'I will make this cold princess fall so hard for me then totally break her heart for all of the troubles she has given to me!!' he evilly thinks to himself. "I was thinking, I'm sorry for being annoying and not apologizing for bumping into you this morning. I admit it was my fault; however, I kind of like you and was thinking if we could be friends and make it up to you. So, how would you like to watch me practice tonight?"

Excited, Mira squeals and holds your arm while you frown at him.

"How is watching your practice, making it up to me?" you bluntly ask which causes Mira to gasp a bit.

This causes another arrow to go through Atsumu's back.

"Because I will show you what the best setter of the country can do," he confidently answers and looks deeply into your widened eyes. Before you could answer he skips away, "See you later, F/N-chan!"

"See! I'm telling you, you should go to the volleyball practice!" Mira fangirls and shakes you side to side.

"He plays volleyball?" you ask.

"Yes, he does. How do you not know who he is? He is the most popular student here. He is also a very, very popular volleyball player who gets interviewed on TV and is on sports magazines!!"

"Well, I don't really care. I need to pick up my sister after school and take care of her so I won't be able to go."

"Ahh, fine. I'll tell him you won't be able to make it," Mira pouts. At school, you were known as the smart and cold princess who only did things that were necessary. And it was true, you lived up to your given title.
