It might seem weird to you, but I love the first day of school. It's a chance to start new.

Majority of your classmates haven't seen you all summer, and you get to see how everyone's changed. You have the chance to return as a totally different person.

"I just can't wait to hear the buzz about the tour." Christina's voice says through the monitor. The girls and I are having a four-way Skype chat to pick out outfits and get ready together.

"I don't think you're going to gather much gossip Chris, considering we were there for everything that happened." Shauna tells her.

"Yeah but we get to hear what everyone thinks of us now." Christina points out. "God, Tris you have to wear that. it's killer." she adds when I walk back into camera view.

I smile and twirl to give them the "full effect". I'm wearing a black skirt with lace at the bottom, and a white shirt with small black polka dots that puts my Ravens tattoo on full display. My hair is simply straightened to show off the new colors in it. To add color, I'm wearing heels that are a deep red.

"Guys." I say "We are gonna own this year." We hang up, and I go downstairs, grabbing a muffin on my way out. As usual Caleb left early, so I don't need to wait for him. That boy will miss no opportunity to get ahead in class.

In no time, I'm parking at my usual spot. Which happens to be next to Four's black truck. Where our group is gathered around waiting to go in.

Locking the doors to my own car behind me, I lift myself up to sit on the hood of the his, next to Chris.

"Morning everyone!" I say brightly, as I scan our group. Behind Uriah, Al walks by with Molly. I smile and wave slightly. Things between us will always be awkward. But since his apology last year, we're at least civil.

"You're awfully awake this morning." Zeke comments with a yawn. I just smiled.

I noticed Four looking at me weirdly. But not even his confusing signals can damper my mood.

Bullshit, sings a voice in the back of my mind.

Okay so I'm a little pissed at him. I mean, he begs me to stay with him through song, but can't wait a week for me to think. But I'm doing my best to get over it.

"We better head in. warning bell rings soon." Chris says. Pushing ourselves off the car, we walk in the doors. Me,Christina,Marlene, and Shuana all walk together with our arms linked. The same way we enter stage when preforming. I guess it's bro me natural for us.

Behind us Will, Zeke and Uriah are goofing off as usual. Four is next to them, but slightly off to the side, holding Delainey's hand.

I almost feel bad, realizing that she must look and feel a little out of place. This is her first day at out school. She is dressed nicely. But her jeans converse and nice shirt don't exactly match with our skirts and heels.

After a second I remember it doesn't matter. She can wear whatever she wants. Just like everyone else. The four of us feel better dressed up, but then again we're always in the spotlight. On stage and Off. Just because she hangs out with us doesn't mean she has to become us. And besides, I don't think Delainey minds.

"No way!" Christina exclaims after comparing everyone's schedules. "We all have music, lunch and study hall together."

"The gods have answered our prayers!" Marlene jokes. Beyond those three, I have a mix of people in all the other classes.

The day starts out normal as ever. A lot of people have asked about the tour, and some of my teachers look at my tattoo questioningly. But I brush it off.
