"Look at her! She's a queen!" said Yuna looking at Hwasa's stage. "Just look at her, she's beautiful and she knows it" she said Yuna admiring her. She was one of Yuna's roll model, looking at how she was careless and was charismatic, but also because she broke korean stereotypes, and for her, that was the most badass thing to do.
a couple of other performances, and they went to change, seeing as their stage was soon. "You okay?" asked Chenle. "A bit nervous" she admitted. "Last time I performed in front of other idols I fainted and i'm quite embarrassed at that" she confessed. "It's fine, it's not like you could control it" said Jaemin. "And you received many letters from idols for you to get well soon" added Jisung.
They were ready soon enough, Yuna's dress was hung up and her black heel below it. She now had black skinny leggings and the top part the same as the boys.
"Dream, you're up" called the staff. Yuna took a deep breath, and followed the boys towards the platform they were going to go out from.
The music started and the platform showed them. The intro of their stage started, and she danced along them, giving her all, but also feeling good, not as last time.
After the intro ended, boom started. Haechan wasn't present, due to 127 activities, so they gave his lines out between the vocals. She could hear the fan chant, and her energy busted even more. In Jaemin's 'ice cream' fans went crazy as always (She could understand why).
The song ended and they went off stage. "That was good!" said one of their managers. Yuna's makeup was retouched, and she had her dress and heels again.
They returned to their table, which was next to Itzy's. "You did well Yuna" said Yuna. "Thanks Yuna!" she answered. They became friends due to having the same stage name. "I'm glad you're okay now" she said.
After their little interaction, she sat on her table. "Didn't know you were friends with Yuna" said Jeno. "Like 97 liners have a chat, us 03 liners also have one" she said. "Wait, why didn't we knew about this?" asked Jaemin. Yuna shrugged. "None of you are 03 Liners" she laughed a bit. "Who's in the chat?" asked Jisung. "Uh, well, Yuna, Yujin from Izone, Doyoung from Treasure, Minjae and Huijun from MCND, Doah from fanatics, Sohee from rocket punch, Hanbyeol from dreamnote, and Taeyoung and Seongmin who are about to debut in Cravity" she said. "Army of little kids" teased Renjun. "Oh sorry king of the Egyptian mommies" said Yuna rolling her eyes. "Well damn..." murmured Jeno.
"Wait, how do you even know the Cravity guys?" asked Jaemin. "They haven't even debuted" he said. "I don't remember who added them, but they're there, they are pretty nice actually" she said. "Imagine Haechan hearing this" joked Jeno. "What would he do? He knows he is the one I want" shrugged Yuna. "I might puke" said Renjun. "Go ahead, nothing stops you" said Yuna. "I think she's in a bad mood" whispered Chenle. "I'm not" she reassured. The boys shrugged.
"Wait did I hear right?" Yuna (itzy) turned around. "You're finally woth him?" she said excited. "Well, we're not together together, we kissed though" Yuna squealed at what Yunjae said. "It was cute" Yunjae admitted. "Get your man girl" said Yuna. "We should hang out soon, we need to catch up" Yunjae said. "Oh my! yes!" Yuna agreed happily.
"She's ditching us" said Jaemin acting hurt. "Shut up Nana, you're my family, i would never ditch you" Yunjae reassured. "I might cry" said Jeno. "I don't see in coming from you, but from Jisung totally" she said. "Yah, I heard that Osuna" Jisung eyed her. "ohhh he went with the real last name" Said Jaemin. "What? I actually like how it sounds" said Jisung. "oh thanks"
They were already saying the nominations for each thing. And it was finally the best album award.
"And the album award goes to...." Yunjae's heart was racing a million miles per hour. "NCT Dream!" announced the MC. "OH MY GOD!" exclaimed Yuna standing up immediately.
The group approached stage, Chenle holding Yunjae's hand so she wouldn't fall since she had heels.
They gave their speech, Yunjae felt so happy she almost wanted jump up and down like a little girl. It was almost impossible to erase her smile. "We won this award thanks to our fans, NCTzen. This award is not only ours, but you're to nctzen, this is your win too" said Yuna, and the fans cheered.
And like that, Boom had the award.
