Prepare For Battle

Amajiki nodded and started to walk towards me, wow, he looked so intimidating right now!
My cheeks reddened as I moved away a little, he dove for my legs trying to copy Nejires tactics from earlier.
Before he could reach me I squatted down and carefully placed my hands on his shoulders to push him backwards, hopefully he'd lose his balance!
As I pushed him he stumbled backwards as I had planned and landed on his butt.
I took the opportunity and pounced onto his lap and tried to grab his arms.
He was breathing shakily and his cheeks were a cute shade of pink, my heart was racing just at the sight of him and the fact I was basically straddling him right now made me even more nervous.
"i-im not letting you w-win" he stuttered trying to push me back.
"hm, that didn't sound too convincing" I smirked down at him.
His eyes widened as he got loose and pushed me away but grabbed my hips hard so I couldn't move into another place.
The way his big hands felt on me sent me crazy.
He pulled my back up into his chest and started to wrap his arms around me to stop me from being able to move.
My heart was beating faster than before, and my breathing was heavy at the position we were in.
I grabbed his hands quickly and used my feet to push him back onto his back harder than I expected.
He let out a moan, my heart fluttered at the sound he created.
I got back on top of him before he could move again, his breathing was laboured and his cheeks were extremely red at this point.

"I-I guess you win, you winded me just now" he spoke breathlessly.
"oh! Did I hurt you I'm so sorry" I asked worrying about him.
"n-no I'm fine" he smiled a little trying to reassure me but I still felt bad.
I looked down at the position we were in and blushed "oh! I-I should get off you sorry" I got up quickly helping Amajiki up with me.
I hurried to the kitchen area and got us both a glass of water to cool down.
"t-that was fun, thanks" I looked down feeling a little embarrassed.
He sat down on the sofa and crossed his legs "y-yeah, thank you for the water".
We sat down for a few minutes catching our breath, especially Amajiki after I winded him.
"I think we should sleep now, to be ready for tomorrow" he suggested.
"o-oh yeah" I bit down on my lip, I wanted to stay up with him a bit longer, but I guess he was right we needed a good night's sleep.
"goodnight then" he smiled as he walked off slowly.
"g-goodnight" I quickly jogged off to my room.

I laid on my bed and sighed happily remembering the way his hands felt on me, I blushed a little as unfamiliar feelings started flooding my mind and dirty images rushed through my head.
I shook my head to myself and tried to force myself to sleep as we had training tomorrow.

The next day we all ate breakfast together and mirio had guessed that amajiki had won and nejire guessed me.
We made our way to the fake city the school had made for our training.
We all lined up and awaited instructions from Mr Aizawa.
He explained that we were fighting against the person who we would be paired with at random.
I hoped I didn't get Mirio, he was literally impossible to fight with.
I looked at the rest of the class, that girl with the butterfly wings also scared me, as well as a guy with a strength quirk in his arms.
Mr aizawa started calling the pairs out as Mirio whispered to us "I hope I get one of you guys, I know your quirks better than everyone else's" he smiled big.
I listened to Mr Aizawa and still didn't hear my name called.
"oh and lastly Clara you will be paired with... Amajiki" he looked at us.
My cheeks automatically burnt red as I looked towards Amajiki nervously.
He looked away quickly as Mr Aizawa spoke again "oh, use your quirks the best you can but please try not to seriously injure your partners please" he walked off to a viewing room as we all followed.
First up was Mirio against a boy with a fire type quirk.
We quietly cheered him on even though he wouldn't hear us at all.
Mirio quickly won, like I expected he was almost impossible to beat!
Mirio handcuffed the guy... Wait, handcuffs were involved?!

Mr aizawa watched each pair as they went up and marked them on things they could improve on.
When it was Nejires turn she was against a girl with a ground controlling quirk, it was a close match but she just about won.
She came back into the room soon after "we can leave once we're done, I'll try to stay and watch you two but I'm starting to get hungry" she giggled.
Mirio agreed as he watched the screen with another pair preparing to fight.
"oh if you're hungry you can go to lunch and we will meet you later, also you both did so well!" I smiled.
"nah we will watch you two and go to lunch straight after, do you two want anything? We can order it so it will be ready once you meet us in the cafeteria" Mirio asked looking away from the screen.
"oh I'm not sure, I had a big breakfast like always" Amajiki thought for a second before shaking his head.
I started to get worried, the more he ate the more he could do to beat me.
"ill probably have a tuna onigiri when I'm back" I smiled nervously.
"OK! I'll get it for you" nejire smiled.

"Last pair get ready to go, you're up in 5 minutes, get into your hero costumes" Mr Aizawa looked back at us tiredly.
The nerves really started getting to me now.
"you'll be fine, amajiki won't hurt you" Nejire hugged me and wished me luck.
"t-to be honest I'm scared ill hurt him" I blushed
"ill be fine, t-try your hardest" Amajiki looked at me before leaving to get dressed.
I smiled and went to get dressed too.

We were both placed at different ends of the building we were going to fight in.
My heart was racing, I needed to do good! I knew that he knew my weak spots too so I'd have to try harder this time.
I took a breath in and the whistle blew...it was time to start.
