Day 28: Silence As A Weapon
"Fill in the blank:
If unknown is where you're stepping,
and when in unsettling doubt,
use [blank] as a weapon
to illuminate your route."
The pen my fingers hold itches to write
but no matter what, nothing comes out.
Right then, a lamp on my head shone bright:
Silence is to use when in doubt!
The eeriness throws you off,
and when you find no reaction,
your eyes peak into the deepest pits
to carefully analyze your interaction.
Calm as the one standing,
you let your ears do their work;
They venture far into the darkness
to scan for things that lurk.
