Day 18: How Did The Sky Look?
As I lay on the land of green
staring up at whales in sky,
I wonder if the world we've seen
would choose to let us live or die.I capture the clouds in photos
and polariods whenever I can,
in hopes the young ones help us
joyfully chase them as they ranDown the streets or into the wild,
take me back to when I was a child,
filled with hopes and dreams for us,
watching stars and shooting dust. The older I get,
the more that I see,
that nothing is of value
to us more than living free.
The darker its blue,
the later our night,
the more beautiful the sky is
when there is no light.
___________________________A/N; Alright so, I posted this one a little later than the other because I thought I could stick to an idea all throughout my writing, but it just didn't work out for me ever after trying to fore it on myself. I think I'll just start with zero expectations and let everything flow from my mind to my hand to the keyboard, and see if I can arrange them in a decent order.
Hope you all like it!
