Chapter 26

We get to a park which we said we were all going to meet at. I get out and open the door for Beans. I put him on his leash and we walk to find the rest of the boys.

After about 5 minutes searching the park, we see them sitting on a patch of grass.

Harry: Where the fuck have you all been?

Josh: And why the fuck do you have a dog?

Me: It's Beans!

JJ gets up and runs over to us. He then starts to play with Beans so I let go of his leash and let them play. I go over to the rest of the boys who now were all sat down on the grass.

The boys all start speaking about video ideas and I ease drop on one of their conversations.

Ethan: So for the sidemen tinder video, is it just us lads or is Stephan still coming?

Me: What the fuck is sidemen tinder?

Simon: Holy shit! Kaylee should be one of the girls!

The boys all agree and I just sit there having no idea what's going on.

Ethan: It's basically where we say pick up lines or something and then a girl chooses yes or no. Like tinder.

Me: Ohhhhh. And you want me to choose out of you guys?

They all say yes at the same time. I just shrug my shoulders.

Me: When are you filming it?

Tobi: Tomorrow. And yes Ethan, Stephan and freezy and Lux.

So tomorrow I'm doing this random ass tinder video where all the lads chat me up. This was going to be interesting.

I start to day dream until I feel a buzz coming from my phone in my pocket. I get it out and see I have a messenger message from my auntie.

Lisa: Hiya honey, hope you're ok. I'm going back to Italy next month for a bit and thought you might want to join me xx.

Me: Hey Lisa, I would love to come. Send me over the dates and I'll book a ticket xx

Lisa: Okay hun. You can bring a friend if you like as I'm bringing Paul xx.

Me: I'll think about it. See you soon xx

I loved my auntie. She had a place out in a tiny village called Ostuni in Italy. It's absolutely beautiful and I haven't been in years.

I zoom back to reality as the boys stand up. It was getting quite dark so I guess they were going home. I get up with them and walk to Viks car with Beans closely by my side.

The boys that don't live at the house give me a hug goodbye as I return it. I get into Viks car with just him and Beams because Simon went with Josh.

Me: Erm Vik...

Vik: What is it?

Me: I'm going away next month. I don't know exactly when but yeah.

Vik: Who with?

Me: My auntie. She has a place out in Italy.

Vik: Italy?

Me: Yeah. It's in a really small town but it's really beautiful. You guys should come one time.

Vik: Well we don't have anything planned next month so I'm pretty sure we can go.

Me: Next month? Really?

Vik: Of course. We'll buy our own hotel rooms and everything.

Me: They don't really have hotels, it's just B&Bs.

Vik: That's fine. Tell your auntie if it's okay for us to come.

I get out my phone and message my auntie back.

Me: Erm hey I know this might be big but is it alright if my 7 friends come along. They'll have their own B&B and pay for everything xx

Lisa: Of course. Me and Paul and going out on the 1st of September and staying a month. You can come anytime xx.

Great. She said in a month but that's like in 2 weeks.

Me: Erm she said you can come she's going out on the 1st and staying a month so it's up to you and the guys when we go.

Vik: Alright, lets get home and talk about it with Josh, Simon and JJ.

A while later we arrive home. Me and Vik were the last to get back but it was fine. I let Beans out and he runs through the front door which Vik opened. I grab my backpack and also one of the suitcases as Vik took the other.

I walk inside of the big house to see my xbox sat at the bottom of the stairs. I forgot Josh had taken it from me but it was a good idea he remembered. I see the boys in the living room so I go over and sit in the middle of the floor so they all pay attention to me.

Me: How does everyone feel about taking a vacation to Italy!?

JJ: Why Italy?

Me: My auntie has a place out there and has invited me and I asked if you guys can come and she said yes. What do you think?

Simon: When is it?

Me: Well anytime in September.

Simon and Josh both look at each other.

Josh: We could go for our birthday!

Me: Yeah of course. So JJ, Simon, what do you think?

Simon: Fuck yes!

JJ: Whose gonna look after Beans?

Vik: I'm pretty sure Beans can stay with the Cals.

JJ: Alright then, I'm in. What about the other guys.

Simon gets out his phone and gets into a call with Ethan, Tobi and Harry.

Simon: Guys we're going to Italy for mine and Josh's birthday. Do you wanna come?

They all say yes and everyone cheers. I smile and get my phone out and begin to have a look at flights. It's my first day out of the hospital and it's the best day I've had in ages.
