Chapter 49

I walk inside the house with the push chair and Simon following shortly behind me to see JJ, Josh and Vik sat in the living room.

Me: Hey guys looks who's staying again.

Josh: Erm guys, I think you should come watch this.

Me and Simon look at each other with confused but worried expressions on our faces. Me and Simon walk over to the living room with Mackenzie and sit down on the sofa.

Vik presses play and we hear "What is up drama alert nation, I'm your host killer keemstar. Let's get rightttttt into the newssss"

Me: What is this?

Simon: Shh.

Simon watches carefully and I just sit back listening to it.

Keemstar: Miniminter was found at a zoo yesterday holding a baby.

I start to pay more attention to what this guy was saying.

Keemstar: Could this be the child of Simon Minter? He was set next to his so called 'ex girlfriend' Kaylee. Nobody knew where Kaylee went the whole of last year but I think it's safe to say Simon and Kaylee were both hiding their baby from their fans.

I look over at Simon in disbelief. He was just patting Mackenzie on the back and kissing his head multiple times.

Me: Who is this guy and why's he talking about us on YouTube?

Vik: Thats keemstar. He gives news about what's going on on YouTube.

I get out my phone and go to find this guy on Twitter.

Simon: Lee leave it. It's fine.

Me: What about your fans? What about Kenzie?

Simon: It's fine. We should just do a video expressing the situation and the truth.

Me: But I want to protect him not let the world see who he is.

Simon: It'll be fine. Trust me okay.

I slouch down as he said "trust me". I had to trust him I always do.

Vik: It'll be okay Kay. JJs a fucking boxer now he can beat people up.

Me: But his technique isn't great.

JJ: Oi you fucker.

JJ: I can show you if you like.

Simon: Kids stop. Me and Kaylee have some filming to do.

Me and JJ both huff and Simon goes upstairs so I follow after him.

Me: The last time I've been in front of a camera was that tinder video.

Simon: It's not big deal Lee.

Me: Says you. You've been doing it for years.

Simon: Yeah whatever.

He passes me Mackenzie so I sit on the bed with him while he sorts out the cameras and his desk.

Simon: Come on then.

I go over and sit next to him with Kenzie sat on my lap.

Simon: You ready?

I nod and look at the camera.
