░▒▓█▓▒░ With Ryan fast asleep in the apartment's one bedroom, Skylar and Awsten are left in a nervous silence as they both think over the new exposure to their relationship. It's clearly not something either of them expected to come up tonight but now they have to figure out what this means for them. Awsten is the one to finally break the silence. "I'd get it if you didn't want to stay together," he says hesitantly, "you gotta put Ryan, and yourself, first and all that stupid shit with people online isn't what either of you need. I don't want to break up but I'd get it if you did—" "Awsten, I don't want to break up," Skylar cuts in, not wanting him to go too far down that train of thought. Hearing it more from him will probably convince her considering that was her first thought too. "I'm not gonna lie to you, the thought crossed my mind but...I don't know, I like you a lot and Ryan loves having you around and I don't wanna lose what we have so, if you want to, we can just figure out a way to deal with this. I just want to make sure none of the toxic shit online ever makes it to Ryan." "It won't," Awsten is quick to respond, sounding sure of it. "Not to be dramatic but if anyone tried to say anything to him, I'd really feel the need to fight. I mean, I think you'd probably beat me to that 'cause you're super mom and everything but I'm more than happy to be back up. Or just cheer you on. And I already told my followers on Twitter that I'm blocking them if they're assholes, which should hopefully help." "Hopefully," Skylar agrees, trying to reason with herself about the situation. "What're you thinking?" Awsten inquires, noticing her inner turmoil. "Just...this," Skylar mutters with a shrug, "I'm worried." "Me too," Awsten admits easily, "are you sure you wanna stay together?
