░▒▓█▓▒░ Awsten can't stay. He can feel himself falling apart and he just can't stay. He can't think about leaving is wrong, how it'll hurt Skylar and Ryan and probably himself in the long run. He can't think about what he'd walking away from because he can't stay. So, he doesn't. He gets out as fast as possible. He doesn't pick up Ryan from school like he was supposed to. He doesn't say goodbye to Skylar. He just gets in his car and drives until he makes it back to Houston. Skylar is left to worry and worry and she's still too sick to get out of bed so she can't go pick Ryan up. Awsten isn't answering his phone and she has no idea why but she knows she has to get Ryan here somehow. Luckily, she has his teacher's email address and sends an email explaining the situation. The teacher is, thankfully, a beyond good person and brings Ryan to the hospital for Skylar. While Ryan is on his way, Skylar puts together that Awsten has left. She doubts he's coming back. "I thought Aws was picking me up," Ryan mumbles to Skylar, sitting on the chair next to her bed and coloring in the coloring book a nurse had given him. "Where's he? Are you and tiny okay?" Skylar tries hard not to. She told herself she wouldn't do it but she can't seem to stop it. She breaks down crying right in front of Ryan. He asks questions and she can't answer. All she can do right now is cry. Cry and hate Awsten for leaving. ░▒▓█▓▒░
