chapter twelve

It has been about 2 days, I have told Tony about the plan, and I told Ryland to meet me in my room in 10 minutes. Just as I thought, he came. He opened the door and looked scared. all the boys came rushing at him yelling in his face. He took something out of his pocket and put it right into Jaden's leg. He fell to the ground. I ran over to see a knife stuck into his leg and blood gushing everywhere. Everyone continued to yell at Ryland while I was helping Jaden.

Maddy- Don't worry Jaden I am calling an ambulance.

Jaden- Okay! Owww!

Maddy- Jaden you have lost a lot of blood. I need you to take this shirt and put pressure on your leg.

Jaden- Okay.

Maddy- I have to go get someone to help me take you downstairs.

Jaden- Okay don't be long.

Maddy- I won't be.

I ran downstairs and asked Tony to come with me to help Jaden. We picked him up and took him downstairs. It was perfect timing the ambulance was pulling in the driveway. We got to the hospital and they took Jaden back for surgery. Tony and I weighed in the waiting room until we could go back and see him. It's been a few hours and we can finally go see him.

Tony- Maddy you can go back alone I will see him after you.

Maddy- Thanks! Can you call the other boys and tell them to come?

Tony- Of course!

I walked back and finally came across his room. just seeing him there in the hospital bed with all the cords hooked up to him made me tear up. I never liked seeing him hurt.

Maddy- Hey Jaden how are you feeling?

Jaden- Hey Mads, uh my leg hurts like shit but that's about it.

Maddy- I am so sorry that this happened to you, I wasn't expecting it.

Jaden- It's okay it's not your fault.

Then the doctor came in.

Doctor- Jaden was really lucky with this one the knife didn't go far in at all. He can go home tomorrow but he will have to use crutches for a few weeks. Do you know how this happened?

Jaden- Someone stabbed me!

Doctor- What!

Maddy- Let me tell you the story.

Doctor- That would be nice.

I told her all about how he is my adoptive brother and I met my abusive friend unexpectedly and all that. She told me that the cops would take care of it. I was so relieved.

Jaden- Well now we have two things off our chests one, my leg isn't in the worst condition that it can be in and two, Ryland will leave you alone. That's good

Maddy- Yeah I guess it's good.

Jaden- What do you mean you guess?

Maddy- Nothing, forget I even said anything.

Jaden- No! Tell me no-

Bryce- Oh my gosh Jaden are you okay?

Bryce interrupted. All of the boys swarmed Jaden while he laid there. I left the room and went to go for a walk around the hospital. Then i heard someone saw my name

??- Maddy?!?! OMG I'm a huge fan!

Maddy- I'm sorry, who are you?

James- I'm James Wright. My brother and I dance on Tik Tok. We are pretty famous.

Maddy- Oh yeah, I see you on my FYP all the time. So where is your brother.

James- He went to get sna- oh never mind he is right there.

I turned around and saw Jack Wright. He is so hot. Never mind I can't do this. I am Dating Dre.

Jack- Hey Maddy.

Maddy- Hi. You and your brother are so talented.

Jack- Thanks!

We talked for a little bit and I went back to the boys. They were all on their phones but, when I walked in Jaden picked up his head and when I say he was pissed he was PISSED!
