chapter 31

Today is going to be a good day. I knew that Blake would be at school but that gives me a chance to hang out with the boys. I walked downstairs. Blake hasn't left yet.

Maddy- Morning boys!

Quinton- Someones in a good mood.

Maddy- I have my reasons.

Blake came up behind me and grabbed my waist.

Blake- And what would those reasons be.

Jaden- Dude get off her.

Blake- Sorry.

Maddy- one, I know that my step brother is still alive,  and two, I can't tell you.

I didn't want to tell them but Avani, Charli, and Addison invited me to a party and I know that I am going to get wasted. I am going to tell Blake about it so he can come too. 

Jaden- You can't tell us?

Maddy- Nope!

I said popping the p.

Jaden- You know we will find out one way or another.

Maddy- Yeah but, I get to have fun before you do.

Jaden- Fun huh?

Maddy- Am I not allowed to have fun?

Jaden- You are but from the sounds of it, this fun you are going to have is going to get you in trouble.

I shrugged and walked over to Blake. I whispered in his ear while having eye contact with Jaden the whole time.

Maddy- Do you want to go to a party with me later?

Blake nodded and smirked. It was time for him to leave.

Blake- Bye baby!

Maddy- Bye bub's!

Jaden stormed off. Why? I thought whatever we had was over. I ran after him. He was in his room sitting on the corner of his bed facing the wall.

Maddy- Jaden?

I heard him sniffle.

Maddy- Look at me.

Jaden- Maddy, get out.

Maddy- I'm not leaving until you look at me.

Jaden looked at me and I saw the tears that were rolling down his face.

Maddy- Why are you cr-

Jaden- BECAUSE I- I love you.

Maddy- I thought that it was-

Jaden- over? Yeah me too. Seeing you with Blake drives me crazy.

Maddy- Why?

Jaden- Because I know that you are going to end up fucking that kid, and I'm- I'm-...

Maddy- Jealous?

Jaden- Maybe...I don't want to be, I can't help it.

Maddy- Jaden I can't be with you because of...

Jaden- Blake? Yeah I know. Can I please just be alone?

Maddy- Yeah.

I left him in his room alone and waited patiently until Blake came home. It was around 3 when he came home.

Maddy- Hey.

Blake- Hello beautiful.

Maddy- How was your day?
