chapter 40

When I woke up I didn't want to get out of bed. I had to though. It was rainy and crappy outside so, today was going to be a chill day. I got in the shower and put this on:

(with out the shoes) I wasn't that hungry so I didn't eat breakfast. I just laid in bed and watched Tik Tok. After about and hour it was 1. I decided that I was going to text Tayler to come cuddle with me. 

TEXT'S:

Maddy:
Can you come over and cuddle with me?

Tayler:
Ofc baby!

Maddy:
Thank you!

MADDY'S POV:

I was pretty hungry now and wanted to eat before Tayler got here. I went downstairs. 

Bryce- Hey. 

Maddy- Hey, you don't care if Tayler comes over right?

Bryce- No, what are you going to do? It's raining. 

Maddy- Watch movies and cuddle. 

Bryce- Okay, but you're staying down here where I can see you? 

I laughed and rolled my eyes.

Maddy- Fine. 

I ate some oatmeal and then Tayler arrived. 

Maddy- What movie do you want to watch?

Tayler- Back to the future. 

Maddy- One, two, or three?

Tayler- All of them. 

We watched all of the movies and he went home. it was about 5 now and I still had no clue what to do. I went up stairs and played my piano that I had stuffed in my closet. I played 'Body' ( which is out btw. Literally the best song ever) I sang along as I was playing on the piano and knew that I was going to loose my voice in a few days. When I finished I heard clapping. I turned to look at who was standing at my door. 

Maddy- NICK!

Nick- Hey bubba. 

I gave him a hug. 

Maddy- I haven't seen you in forever. 

Nick- Well this corona shit got my whole hangout schedule f'd up. 

Maddy- Yeah tell me about it. 

We laughed. 

Nick- You still got he voice like old times. 

Maddy- I don't remember singing around you. 

Nick- You were little. You wouldn't. 

I chuckled. 

Maddy- I went to go see dad's grave yesterday. 

Nick- How's it looking. 

Maddy- A little dirty.
