chapter 49

when me and noah were done we walked downstairs and everyone was looking at us. we walked in the kitchen.

noah- why was everyone looking at us?

maddy- i don't know but sooner or later they will tell us.

we stood at the counter talking for a while and then we saw Griffin walking to us.

noah- i will let him talk to you in private.

maddy- okay *giggle*

Griffin gave noah the "i will slit you throat if you don't back away from me" look. as he got closer i got scared. then he was standing right next to me.

maddy- heyyy griffin

griffin- shut it.

maddy- sheesh okay.

griffin- you and noah are a thing i see.

maddy- no we're just friends.

griffin- your moans told me... well all of us differently.

he pointed to literally everyone who lived in the house.

maddy- oh you heard that?

griffin- yeah.

he got closer like he was going to whisper something in my ear.

griffin- if i find out you are hanging out with him alone i will beat the shit out of him.

maddy- why.

griffin- because i can. and trust me... i will

i was scared i didn't want noah to get hurt. i looked at him and saw that he was looking at me with a worried face. i gave him a smile to show that everything was fine. even though i was lying.

maddy- i'm gunna go now.

i started walking to where everyone else was and he grabbed my arm.

maddy- ow!!

noah- GET YOURE HAND OFF OF HER NOW!

as noah walked closer, griffin grabbed my arm tighter.

noah has his fists tightened and looking at griffin in the eyes angry.

maddy- noah? noah look at me. look at me please.

i said with tears in my eyes.

maddy- LOOK AT ME GODDAMNIT!

he looked in my eyes.

maddy- walk away.

griffin - no stay i want to talk to him.

maddy- walk away.

he walked away and griff tried to chase after him. i pulled him into a hug to stop him. he hugged back tightly.

maddy- i'm your baby girl.

i sniffed

maddy- i will always be your baby girl.

griffin- i know.

as much as i didn't want to say it... i had too. i had to let him know that i love him. and i will always be his baby sis. i got out of the hug and walked away. i had a bruise on my arm from where he held me. i saw noah sitting on the patio outside so i went out there to him.

maddy- noah?

noah- maddy!

he hugged me tight and then let go.

noah- are you okay.

maddy- yeah!

i pulled my sleeve down to cover the bruise.

noah- lift up your sleeve.

maddy- why?

noah- please.

i did and he saw the bruise. 

noah- i have to leave.

maddy- to where.

noah- i don't know but your coming with me.

he had a smile on his face which confused because he knew that i was hurt. he grabbed my hand and we ran through the house.

bryce- hold it you two.

noah- oh no it's the boss.

i laughed. we turned around to face him.

noah- hello sir.

bryce- cut the bullshit.

noah- sorry

he started laughing and i joined him.

bryce- where are you taking her?

noah- to watch the sunset.

maddy- sunset? romantic!

bryce- be back by 10.

noah- that remindes me we will be home tomorrow morning at like 9.

maddy- jeez.

bryce- no you will be home tonight.

maddy- dad please!!

bryce- no.

noah- i will pay you.

bryce- how much?

noah- 250.

bryce- tomorrow it is.

anthony- are you ducking kidding me? 250?

bryce- i need the money.

we all laughed. i ran up to my room to grab a pillow and blanket and then we left the house.

we arrived at the beach and the sun was close to setting. we laid our blankets in the sand and watched the sun set. it was beautiful. we kissed on a off. then we fell asleep in each other's arms.
