*Six months later*
Not much has changed over the past six months apart from Ashton's career. About four months ago, he got signed to Atlantic Records. He's currently working on his first album.
He's also in a band now. Him and Michael really hit it off and became really good friends. I don't know how, but somewhere in between, Ashton joined Michael's band with Calum and Luke. All three of the other boys have now dropped out of school. It's kind of crazy how the other guys are best friends with their ex-teacher.

I walked in through the door to our apartment to be welcomed by Ashton lounging out in his boxers on the sofa. He was surrounded by empty pizza boxes, bottles of beer and all sorts of rubbish, indicating that the boys had been over.
I grunted and dropped my handbag on the island. He turned his head and smiled, "Hey baby. How was work?"
"When are you going to make money?" I asked. I was tired of all this bullshit.
"What?" He stood up and walked over to in front of me. "I am making money."
"Ash," I sighed, "We aren't making enough money. I'm working double shift and Jacky is giving me more money than is actually allowed for my wage. When will the album be finished?"
He smiled, "We finished it last week. It's going to be out in a month."
"Good," I smiled, "my mom called today. I'm going to call her back. Will you help me? I'll put her on speakerphone."
"Will it not be weird. I mean, you haven't talked to them in six months," he asked.
I pulled my phone out my pocket, "I think I should call because of that reason."
I dialled the number and put it on speakerphone. "Rachel! Hello?" My moms voice sounded.
"Hey mom. Sorry i haven't called you," I said.
"We don't mind. We don't care that you're going out with Irwin, either. Actually..." She trailed off, "Me, your father and Ryan would like to invite you two to dinner tonight if it's not too late."
I looked at Ashton and he smiled and nodded. I smiled, "So is it formal or casual?"
**
"Had to be fucking formal," I groaned as he drove us.
"Hey," he scowled playfully, "don't swear."
"Sorry Ashton," I sighed. Then the realisation hit me. My smiled beamed as I said, "Oh my word Ashton! We're dressed the same way that we were when I met your parents. Like our first date but it wasn't actually."
He smiled, "Yeah. I know for a fact that once your mom sees a man with a bandana, she will flip."
"You've never met her," I giggled. "Oh god, we're almost here."
He took a turn left and parked in a car park. He turned the engine off and said, "I'm so nervous. I'm the man that ran away with their daughter. They'll hate me."
I got out with Ashton and met with him at the door of the restaurant. He wrapped his arm protectively around my waist. I kissed his lips quickly and smiled, "If they're rude, we can leave."
I could sense how scared he was as we walked in through the doors and into the restaurant. My eyes scanned the room until I saw them sitting in the back booth, the one with the nicest view of the city. I looked up at Ashton and smiled, "Ready?"
He couldn't even talk, he just nodded. The closer we walked to my family, the tighter his arm wrapped around my waist. Once my mom saw us, she stood up and hugged me. She gave Ashton a slightly colder look but shook his hand anyway. "You must be Ashton," she said.
"Pleasure to meet you Mrs Fox," he brought her hand up to his lips and kissed it, causing her to actually smile.
"It's Sara," she smiled. I think my mom might already be warming up to Ashton.
My dad stood up and hugged me tight, "I've missed you sweetie."
"I've missed you too dad," I smiled.
He turned to Ashton and held his hand out, "The names Roger."
Ashton shook it and smiled, "Ashton." Ashton turned to Ryan and smiled, "Hey Ryan, hows the team without me?"
"I quit," he shrugged, "Calum, Luke and Michael left so I quit. Plus, the coach was terrible."
My mom butted in, "Take a seat."
