<Kaycee POV>
I woke up this morning to the sound of pots and pans falling onto the tile, kitchen floor. Shaking my head in amusement, I hopped out of bed making my way over to our mini kitchen.
'Good morning K, have a good night sleep?' She asked me still rummaging through the cupboard. I nodded my head knowing that she'd know anyways.
'I bet you were dreaming of a certain someone' She teased. You have no idea how bad I just wanted to just scream and say that I'm not in love, but it's so damn hard. So instead, I shook my head frantically, sensing a headache make an appearance.
'I'm just messing K, well kind of' she said before pouring the pancake mix onto a heated pan. 'He did sound like a jerk at the start, but you know I wouldn't mind if you guys get together'. I let out a small groan, hiding my face in my hands.
'Okay, okay. I'll stop. Now come on silly, help me plate this up. You've got an appointment to get to' Chloe chuckled. I did as I was told serving pancakes with cut strawberries neatly on a plate. 'Oh and also, I agreed to go get some coffee with Lexee. A little get together between us is really overdue, you coming?' She asked me, munching on her pancakes.
I shook my head no, feeling embarrassed that I didn't even have the courage to talk to someone let alone meet up with them.
'Hey, don't worry about it. It'll happen one day' she comforted me, stealing one of my strawberries. I gave her a playful glare before going back into my room to get dressed for the day.
'K, one more thing, Lexee and I are meeting up at the coffee shop near the dance studio, so you can go there if you want' Chloe screamed. A smile graced my lips, while I rushed to pick out a pair of sweatpants and a crop top. I love to dance. It's probably one of my biggest passions, I can just let go and be myself, express all my emotions through movement. It's quite stress relieving, actually. I quickly changed before meeting Chloe at the door.
'Ready to go?' Chloe asked handing me my dance bag as well as my appointment form. I took my bag and form before accompanying her out the door.
.
'Miss Rice, good to see you again, and Miss East, it's always a pleasure' my therapist greeted instructing us to sit down on the chairs. 'Well let's start of with some basic questions, hm, okay well have you recently felt a bit more comfortable around anybody?' He asked biting his pen.
I shook my head slightly.
'That's okay, next, have you maybe said something, like verbally?'
I shook my head no again, taking in a deep breath.
'Any new anxiety breakdowns?'
This time, I nodded my head, keeping my bottom lip between my teeth
'Oh, okay. Well, when was it? What happened?' My therapist asked calmly.
'Y-y-ye-y' I started feeling tears brim in my eyes.
'Deep breaths Kaycee, one, two, three' he counted.
'I-it w-w-wa' I started again blinking back my tears, gripping onto the armrest of the chair in frustration, just say it Kaycee.
'It was yesterday, Doctor Charles' Chloe vocalized, prying my hands of the chair. 'It was my fault really. We bumped into one of my friends at the café, and he was with his friend, who was rude to K earlier at the library. Basically, I kind of put Kaycee in a position to talk' Chloe uttered.
'Oh I see, why didn't you go through the drive-thru?' He asked directing his attention to Chloe.
'It was closed, apparently roadworks'
