Day 6
<Third Person POV>
The blinding hot sun seeped through the curtains and shone directly on the couple whose bodies were intertwined with each other as they woke up groggily to the sound of chirping birds, relaxed on thick branches.
'Kayc' the boy called, rubbing his eyes, squinting as got used the bright light. 'Kayc, wake up' Sean mumbled again, still stuck in his daze. No response. This time, Sean sat up straighter, adjusting his body away from Kaycee.
'Kaycee' he tried again, fanning the hair on her face away. 'It's time to wake up, sleepy head' he muttered, laying his hand on top of her head. He heard rustling followed by a groan, as the petite brunette snuggled closer to the boy, wrapping her arms around his torso while her head laid upon his chest.
Sean froze for a second, clearly shocked by her reaction. Is she awake? he thought to himself.
'Angel, you need to wake up' he whispered softly, drawing soft circles on her back. At this, she only cuddled closer, throwing her legs over his as she practically climbed upon him, her body now sleeping on top of his.
'Kaycee, I don't think you realise what you're doing' he chuckled to himself as he pulled the duvet covers over her body.
'Kayc, seriously, you're one hell of a sleeper' he said before throwing his head back in laughter, which alarmed the girl as her head shot up, her eyes panicked as she jumped off of him, her knees making direct contact with his groin.
'Kaycee' he groaned in pain as she scooted over to the side, away from him. 'Kaycee' he groaned again, this time hitting one of his hands on the comforter.
'Ughh, seriously'. He clutched the sides of the duvet, wincing in pain as the once panicked girl burst out in laughter.
'It's not funny' he whined still rolling around in the bed, but Kaycee continued laughing copying his actions, rolling around but to her luck she was rolling around in amusement.
'Stop laughing, it hurts' he whimpered, his movement coming to a slow stop. 'I'll get you back for this, Kayc' he warned, shooting the silent, laughing brunette a playful glare. However, she just shrugged her shoulders, a playful pout laying on her lips as she began standing up slowly.
'Not today, Caitlin' Sean screamed lunging forward as he gripped the girl's waist and pulled her back causing an involuntary gasp to leave her lips. He laid her down on the bed, his face inches above hers, before he began tickling her. Her body began squirming as the room echoed with laughter while she tried to shove the boy away with her bare hands.
'Woah, what is happening in here?' Julian questioned, his eyes popping, brows raised in curiosity, lips tugged in an awkward smile.
'Oh-um. We were j-just waking up. Yeah, yeah.' Sean stuttered, scratching the back of his neck. 'You can use the bathroom first, Kayc'. Kaycee leaped at the offer, scurrying to the bathroom before too many questions were raised.
'Care to explain?' Julian asked the boy, sitting down on the bed his hands entwined together.
'We were just messing, that's all' he muttered, standing up and shoving Julian outside his room. 'Please knock next time' he grumbled before slamming the door in his face.
<Kaycee POV>
Well, that's one way to wake up from your sleep, I guess. I freshened up, untangling my hair with my fingers before throwing it up in a loose bun. Guess, I'll just look like a ragged doll today.
'Morning K' Chloe chirped handing me a bowl of cereal. I smiled back, scooping some cereal onto my spoon before I gobbled it all down.
'So what on Sean and Kaycee's agenda today?' Julian asked, his mouth full of cereal as milk dropped down his lips. Okay, gross.
