Zoella Pov

Things have been pretty rough for me ever since Chloe made that alarming threat about her life last night. I really need to dig deep and try to remember what our parents look like, and I've got to check out that mansion Chloe mentioned. I'm hoping to find some clues there that could help me piece everything together.

"Hey, everyone!" I strolled into the living room, bags in tow. "You're running late," Zavion remarked, lounging next to Izzy.

"Cut her some slack, dude," Izzy chimed in, coming over to help me haul my bag upstairs. "Your room is right next to Zavion's," she said, swinging the door open.

Great, now I have to deal with the guy I can't stand every morning. "Izzy, is there any other room available?" I asked, hoping for a miracle.

"You don't like this one?" she replied, flicking on the lights. It was spacious, sure, but not quite as grand as Zavion's.

"I mean, I do like it, but..."

"Zavion Isn't going to be a problem anymore; I had a chat with him last night, and he promised to back off." I couldn't trust that guy; he saw me in a compromising situation yesterday, and while it was my fault for trying to save him, I couldn't shake the feeling of unease. What if he just found another girl to mess with? Why was I even worried? I should be relieved he won't bother me anymore. I felt a bit lighter as I stepped into the room, and Izzy helped me sort through my clothes. "You know, Zavion can be sweet sometimes," she said, trying to defend him.

Sweet? "Is he really?"

"Absolutely! He can be patient, loving, and kind, but trust me, he has his moments where he's a total pain."

"I'm looking forward to seeing that side of him. The Sweet one."

She winked playfully. "So, what's your take on my brothers? Which one do you like better?"

Wait, is she seriously asking me this? "They're cool and, um..."

"Handsome?" she jumped in.

"Yeah, handsome. Ethan's a bit young for me, but he's really sweet."

"It's just a year; age is just a number, you know?"

"True, Ian actually gave me his jacket when we first met on a rainy day."

"Aww, that sounds like fate!"

I couldn't help but laugh.

"What's so funny?" she asked, curious.

"You just reminded me of my best friend; she said the same thing when I shared that story."

"Sounds like your best friend knows a thing or two about love."

"She definitely does, and she's bi."

"Threesome? Is that her thing?" Izzy said while putting my boot on the shoe rack.

"I'm not sure; would you want to meet her someday?" I asked as I settled onto the bed. "I am sure you two will get along as friends."

She joined me, smiling, "A friend of yours is already a friend of mine. So, what's the deal with Zavion? I can see the way you look at him."

"Zavion? Honestly, I don't have any special feelings for that guy; he's just so full of himself and doesn't know how to treat a girl right. He's rude, and I can't stand him."

"Wow, that's a lot of negativity."

"I really don't want anything to do with Zavion. He's such a nuisance and always makes me feel like I'm not strong enough."
