Azumane Asahi - Lost and Found
I lost her, he said to himself.
It's already been months ever since he broke up with you. At the same time, he kept blaming himself for doing so. He loved you so much, even more than himself, but he's too insecure of himself. He always thinks he's not good enough. You loved everything about him as well, but the only thing you hated about him was how much he'd blame himself. You did your best to make him feel what you think of him, but it was the opposite. He grew more insecure and left you, saying that you deserve someone else who values you better.
"Don't leave me..." He can still hear how you begged for him to stay.
"You mean everything to me. I need you. Please." You cried.
"But I'm not worth it, (F/N). You have to let me go. I tried, but you deserve someone else rather than me."
You've been acting like strangers since then. Daichi and Suga was both worried of the both of you, knowing how fragile Asahi was and how broken you were.
After talking about it, Asahi realized what he had done. He wanted to fix your relationship, but he didn't know how. Helping the both of you, Daichi and Suga decided to talk to you too and told you about what Asahi is planning to do. You wanted him back as well, but fixing the scar would take a while to heal.
You and Asahi decided to meet on the rooftop during club time so that it would be just the two of you. At first, it seems like no one wanted to talk, but Asahi owe an apology.
"I'm really sorry, (F/N). I wasn't thinking properly. I shouldn't have done that." He apologized sincerely.
"You broke my heart, Asahi. Sorry isn't good enough." You answered, trying not to burst into tears.
"I didn't ask for this, you know? I picked you because I knew we would work. I wasn't afraid that you'll hurt me. And when you said those words, I thought you never cared."
"I never meant to hurt you." Asahi couldn't stop his tears from flowing.
"Even so," you stepped closer to him, wiping his almost unending tears, "I still miss you. You know I can't carry on without you, right? So please, just stay." You hugged him tight as you also started tearing up.
"I thought I'll lose you again, but I'm happy that I still found you. I'm sorry, (F/N). I promise I'll stay from now on."
