“Today is Friday. So get in pair. We have training!” The teacher announced as the students cheered.
I never saw any students cheering like that because of the teacher.
Everybody gets in pair except for Luhan and I. “Where is your partner?” I asked, hoping he doesn’t have any, so I can be his partner.
“I don’t really have any partners because everybody is scared to get killed by their own partner.”
“I am not scared of you, so can we be partner?” I asked. I waited for his answer but there was none. “Feel free to reject the request if I am pissing you off!”
He shook his head and said “You are not pissing me off. I am just scared that you will get hurt in training because my magic gets released in there!”
Okay. Sure. Whatever. “I don’t really care.” I paused. “That means you will kill everybody who mess with you especially Kris!”
“No.” He said. What did he mean by no? I was confused. “In training area, you don’t get killed. You only get hurt when you hit by magic.” Damn. I feel like this school is designed for Kris. He is always in favor. “Then let’s make him hurt.”
“I can’t. He plays with my fear. I can’t go against him. That’s why he and his partner are always on top and I am in second place!”
Oh. Poor Luhan. “I will be your partner then.” I said. “I don’t need one. I always play alone.” He mumbled.
“Let’s go kick some asses!” I announced as I ignored his mumble sentence.. I never cheered or encouraged other people because it’s a pain in the neck. Listening to some crappy problems and thinking to solve the problems are hard to do.
The door opened and I saw the forest, full with trees and large grass. “Today practice place is forest. Get in your places.” The teacher said.
Luhan led on and I followed him.
“They have those scenarios to practice our magic. When they say go, we run into the forest and tried to find others and fight with them!”
I nodded. The only thing I was worrying about was to use my magic. The only thing I can do is snowballs.
“Go!” the speaker announced and Luhan started to run. Why did he bother to run? Eventually, we will find others.
“Let’s go!” He grabbed my hands as he ran.
“Told you that I am anti to your magic!” I said and he stopped.
He stopped and looked at the hands. “My magic doesn’t work on you?”
“Yup! Now start dragging!” I ordered as he blinked in surprise. He smiled and started running.
I hate running more than anything. I am suck at P.E and I am too lazy to get tired. I’d like to save my energy. Then we encounter a girl and a boy.
“Luhan!” a girl shocked in fear and she threw the fire ball at him. I moved away but Luhan didn’t. The fire ball came straight to him. He held his hand up near the fireball and it became ashes.
Cool!
Dark Aura surrounded him and he released the energy toward them. They fell down on the ground.
“Oh! 2 down. More to go!” I said as I looked at those 2 people.
“Yeah. Next time, you use your magic to protect.”He said. “I want to see your magic!”
Don’t say magic? Say snowballs. The only thing I can make is damn snowballs.
We ran around the forest and Luhan asked me to perform my magic. In the end, he was the one who used the magic because my magic is not working.
“You froze Kris! Where is your power now?”
Don’t ask me. I had no idea either.
Luhan stopped unexpectedly, causing him to bump him. His body was trembling. I looked around and saw Kris and his partner and –
THE Tiger! “The Tiger” That tiger almost killed me last time. Time for payback, bitch!
I closed my eyes and imagined about ice and the time that tiger almost ran into me. I felt so energized and the cold rush up into my body. I opened my eyes and I saw the ice lances on my palm.
Let’s kick some ass. I threw the ice lance toward the tiger and it fell down on the ground. Kris’ partner shocked and said “My tiger Lily!”
Kris smirked. “Useless!” I can see his dark power comes toward Luhan. I held my hands out and I created a hug ice shield. Kris’ power went through the ice. Damn it. Luhan screamed. I looked at Kris and his eyes are red. “Stop it!” I yelled. He looked at me and said “What do you fear, Baek Jaeyoung? I will find out your fear because everybody has fear!”
I was angry to see Luhan suffering in pain, so I closed my eyes. There was nothing I could do to stop Kris. I opened my eyes and I saw Kris froze.
