Celestine's POV

"What did you just say?" I asked in surprise and disbelief. He's kidding, right?

"Whether you agree on marrying me or not. You are mine, nobody else is allowed to have you." Diretso lang ang tingin sa akin ng magkaibang kulay nyang  mga mata. Like that night, his golden eye illuminate the darkness. He always takes off his contact lens at night at sanay na din syang makita ko ang totoong kulay ng mga mata nya. Maybe because I'm no longer different to him.

"T-then why did you even asked me that kind of question?" I feel like I was tricked by this little monster. Tsk!

"Dunno. Go to sleep we'll talk tomorrow." Sabi nito at tumalikod sa akin.

"Ya! What makes you think I will be able to sleep after the revelation? How did you even registered our marriage without my signature and presence? Is that even possible?" What kind of privilege does the rich people have?

"......" hindi nanaman ako nito sinagot kaya hinampas ko sya ng unan.

"The heck are you doing?" Inis na bumaling ito sa akin. Tinaasan ko naman sya ng kilay.

"Tsk. Fine, I have thousands of ways. I asked my lawyer to process everything and make it legal. Now let me sleep please." Right. Of course, he has money. Everything is possible for him.

"I don't like it. I have my dream wedding at least." I really have a dream wedding, a dream proposal after all I'm a woman. I want to experience romantic things. This guy, is not romantic at all.

"Not now Celestine. It's too risky. Once I have settled everything, I promise to give everything to you. I will buy a whole country if you want me to." He pulled me closer hanggang sa napahiga ako sa dibdib nya. Palaisipan naman ang sinabi nya sa akin. Does he mean ang mga missions nya as an assassin? And...I don't really need a whole country  dumbass.

"What do you mean?" Sinuklay niya ang buhok ko gamit ang kamay niya.

"I have a reason why I want to register our marriage as soon as possible. Soon you'll know. For now, you have to get a good sleep for tomorrow." Aish! Naman paano ako makakatulog kung mag ooverthink ako sa mga sinabi nya?

"Don't overthink. Let's sleep." Pfft. Mind reader ba ang isang to? Tumingala ako para matingnan sya. His eyes are shut closed, why does he look so tired? Puro lang naman tulog ang ginawa nya sa school.

"Fine. Good night." Mabilis na hinalikan ko ito sa labi at nahiga sa tabi niya. He turned on his side as he cuddled me to sleep. Another peaceful night between us. For sure I will have a good sleep tonight even though I have a lot of questions for him.

*Kinabukasan*

"Oi girl, ano ba yang tinitingnan mo dyan at kanina ka pa tulala?" Siniko nito ang brasa ko. Eh kanina pa talaga ako tulala eh, simula pa nung umalis ako sa Bahay.

"Ano yan? Saang thrift shop mo nanaman nakuha yan? In fairness looks pretty at mukhang totoo." Mabilis na kinuha nito ang kamay ko at tinitigan ang singsing sa kamay ko.

"Thrift shop ka dyan? Bigay to ni Akira...I'm married."

".........WHAT?" Napatabon naman ako sa tenga ko sa sigaw niya. Buti nalang andito kami sa likod ng school at medyo walang tao kasi nga exams and people are in the library doing some reviews.

*Flashback*

I woke up quarter to seven, Akira is not on my bed anymore. Maybe he left home without waking me up. Well, I'm not upset about it since he has to get ready for today's exam.
