Mark: hi

Vanessa: oh god, you scared me

I looked to my side and saw him laying on the floor and laughing

Vanessa: hey it's not funny

I pouted but I felt someone's hand on my right cheek

Mark: you're so cute, let's go to class!

I felt my cheeks burning thank god he started walking away first before looking at my burning cheeks.

Vanessa: h-hey w-wait for me!

We walked to class together but for some reason I felt like something bad is going to happen.

After 6 hours

Mark and I decided to go get ice cream. Now that I think about it, it has been a long time since I had ice cream.

Mark: which flavor?

Vanessa: ummm lemon!

Mark smiled at me and pinched my cheek. He then looked away which I thank god for cause I looked like a tomato

Mark: wanna go to the park?

Vanessa: huh...sure

We stated walking out of the ice cream shop

I felt the autumn breeze

I looked to my side

I saw the person who I trust and love

I might've not known him for the longest time

But

I feel like I've known him for years

I feel like I see myself in him

Mark looked at my eyes and I saw love

He somehow told me with only his eyes that he will love me and protect me no matter what happens
