Silver, are Shadow and Amy your parents? 'Cause I've read somewhere that Shadow and Amy were your parents with the evidence that black leads to red, (which are Shadow's colors) and red leads to pink, (Amy's color) and pink leads to your color.

ANSWER
Silver: No, Shadow and Amy are not my parents... Because that's what Sonic Team's producer, game designer, and director Takashi Iizuka said.
Shadow: That was the weirdest thing I've ever heard.
Amy: And what, I'm just gonna get over Sonic and fall for Shadow? Pfft. When pigs fly.
Tails: Well, my guess is that in Sonic and the Black Knight, Sir Lancelot was Shadow, and Sir Galahad was Silver. And in the Arthurian lore, Galahad is Lancelot's son. So, I guess that's what they were talking about.
Shadow: Yeah, but they're not actually us. They're just storybook characters that just happen to look like us.
Amy: Exactly.
