Omniscient
Atlanta, Georgia
The day's ambiance danced across the trio's diverse shaded skins rhythmically, clamorous sounds of the blue disturbed waves hitting the marbled sides of the pool, greeting their ears ever so often. For the entirety of the day they had been there; the girls had done nothing but relax and gossip, something they had all found themselves missing.
It had been a while since any of the three had spent quality time in the presence of females whose companies they had actually enjoyed, and for Paradise; it seemed as if it had been an eternity. Minutes, felt like eons of the sun seeping deeply into their buttery skins, beading sweat gliding gently across it.
Then of course, amidst their relaxation, something had inevitably found its way creeping in, to ruin everything in merely a few words. The girls had all been stretched to their full elasticity, soaking under the UV rays coming from the sky, when the bright red beams of heat suddenly became a shadowy darkness in the reflection of their shades. Simultaneously the three glanced up at their surroundings, each fluttering their eyes open when they had come face to face with the source of their unwanted umbrella.
Paradise was the first one to respond in the slightest way. The saliva that had habitually lined the inside of her mouth, ran dry, as she swallowed; gradually sitting up against the back of her chair. She placed a hand between her hair, looking around at the scenery of their vacation spot, before placing her attention on the man before her; completely.
It had felt like hours to the trio before the male had finally uttered a word, but when he had; it seemed as if each of their ears rose to the occasion, minds dismissing any prior thoughts; and attentions diverting solely to the man that stood before them.
It was something about him; that had undoubtedly captivated all three of the girls he stood before, but each of them had a reason of their own to ignore the enticement they had all felt when in the presence of him. Paradise's reason of course being; she was married.
"Good afternoon, ladies. I saw you all 'ova' here and could not help but to come and say hello." With each word he spoke, his eyes flickered between the women, and when his sentence had finally concluded, his orbs fell to Paradise; becoming trapped and fixated on the fidgeting woman.
Autumn had been the first one to reply to the man, sliding the frames she sported to the bridge of her nose; never once letting her eyes leave his. She ran a wet snake across her full lips; observing every detail he possessed; mentally checking boxes of what would meet her criteria.
"Well yuh hya now, so wuh yuh have ta say sexy?" When the words left her lips, all heads turned to focus their attention on her instead of the man. Zaharia placed a small mug on her face, Paradise a frown; while Rocko remained emotionless, quickly shifting his eyes to the woman he had really came for.
"Actually, I came to speak to Paradise."
It was then her turn to be placed under the group's figurative spotlight. She drew in a deep breath as the remaining eyes fell to her, waiting impatiently for her response. More than anything; she had dreaded once again making the wrong decision when it came to the man in front of her; and risking both her life and marriage.
It had felt like forever that the three stood there, begging to know what the outcome of the situation would be, each weighing heavily the possible scenarios in their mind; before Paradise spoke.
"Whatever you affi say, yuh can say it hya." She placed her orbs on the man, as his head dipped to meet her eyes completely. Both of his dark brows rose in surprise, lips parting to allow the slightest chuckle to seep past.
