after Jungkook left the grocery store he headed over to his friends house Min Yoongi, Jungkook had met Yoongi about two years ago but they weren't that close because Taehyung always had a jealousy problem towards him but Jungkook just figured since Tae didn't remember anything that he could finally hang out with him

let's be real he really just needed someone to talk to yes he has Namjoon and Jin but those are mostly Tae's friends, he needed his own friend to talk to.

as soon as Jungkook got there Yoongi handed him a beer as adora left, Yoongi got caught up on the younger's life and he thought it was so crazy how one day Jungkook and Taehyung were a happy married couple and then the next Taehyung was dead in an ambulance but then revived just to wake up and not even remember his own husband

he felt bad for Taehyung it was a terrible thing to happen but he felt bad for Jungkook too, he knew Jungkook was super sensitive but he was very good at hiding it so he was sure Jungkook was feeling like shit inside about this all and he was right cause the second Yoongi went to grab another beer for them he walked back into the living room to see Jungkook silently crying to himself

"Jungkook-ah don't cry, its gonna be alright" he tried to comfort him but he's never seen the younger this way before so it was difficult

Yoongi's words didn't have an effect on him it just made him cry even more, the older walked over and sat next to him rubbing his back as the younger continued to cry

"Hyung he doesn't love me, I'm just a stranger to him, he feels nothing for me and he's not even gay" he cried out fully sobbing and hiccuping like a mess

hearing these heartbreaking cries had the older tearing up for someone who hides his sadness as well he knew how truly hurt he must have been to let it all slip out like this

"I cant live without him, if he leaves me if he finds someone else ill kill myself, I cant watch him fall in love with someone else I cant watch him move out because I'm nothing but someone from his past, this is killing me and I know thats selfish to say but I don't care Taehyung is Mine he's had my heart since the day I met him I cant lose this man" he cried out holding his knees up to his head as he started to calm down with his crying now that he finally let it all out

Yoongi sat there in thought, he understood Yoongi didn't know what he would do if he ever lost his precious wife so he totally understood

"Jungkook this isn't permanent, he will get his memory back it just takes time" Yoongi told him, Yoongi used to be in college to be a doctor but dropped out to follow his dream of being a producer

"listen just do the best you can with him, don't over work him with trying to get him to remember but do try a little, he has to remember something and if he doesn't then start over make him love you again, Taehyung loved you and I know he will feel something again for you and this will all work out, its your destiny to be together"

Jungkook walked in the door grocery bags in hand and headed towards the kitchen when Taehyung popped up out of the living room

"how was it with your friend" Taehyung asked trying to start up a conversation with the younger for the first time since he's woken up from his coma

Jungkook gave him a light smile as the two walked in the kitchen "it was okay I guess, how was it being with your best friends, did you remember anything"

Taehyung frowned because he didn't remember anything from seeing his best friends but at least he felt a connection with them, before Taehyung responded he looked at Jungkook to see his swollen eyes and tear stained cheeks

"why were you crying" he asked worriedly as he took the grocery bags out of the younger's hands while Jungkook cursed under his breath for looking like a mess "its nothing" he said trying to shake it off but Taehyung wouldn't let that happen

"did something happen, why were you sad, why were you crying" he asked sincerely, one thing that didn't change about the elder was the way he cared about everyone, his heart was just to big

"it's nothing to worry about Tae, I was just sad about our situation" he admitted which made the older upset with himself, first he lost his memory and now he is hurting the people that care for him, great

"I'm sorry Jungkook I really am, I'm gonna try harder I promise i will look through all our photo books and watch all our videos ill go to every country we ever visited together I'm really gonna try to gain my memory back, I don't want to hurt anyone" he said feeling his heart clench from how bad he felt

Jungkook walked over grabbing the older's face "no Tae I don't want you to feel bad and to over work yourself, none of this is your fault and I don't want you to feel that way baby, I love you so much I just want you to get better okay"

Taehyung closed his eyes feeling to intimidated to be that close to the younger's face, he nodded his head as a yes and felt a light kiss on his nose before Jungkook removed his hands off his face and heard him take a few steps away

"can I ask you something" Taehyung asked finally opening his eyes to see the younger at the stove preparing their dinner for tonight "sure" this is the most Taehyung has talked to him without being grumpy so that made him a little happy

"will you take me out on a date"
