Chapter 35 - Breakfast

Basically the chapter where Patton is extremely gay.
Patton's P.O.V
Trigger warning: food mention.

I felt a warmth surrounding me as I felt a body sleeping next to me. It was Janus.

I couldn't help the smile that appeared on my face knowing that he was lying there with me. I'm so glad he wasn't hurt too.

But he was.

It was exactly easy to see as Logan's scars, but inside...I could see that he was burning from it all.

We all were.

Roman's death, the letters he left behind, Logan's attempt and the recent fire. But we had to stay strong. But it was so, so hard.

"Janus~" I said sing-song voice to the man that I loved.

He strirred adorably as he slowly awoke from the crazy karaoke night yesterday. He must have been so exhausted, yesterday wasn't the best day.

"Patton..?" He mumbled quietly as he tiredly noticed that I was there with him.

I kissed his cheek as he loosened his not so tight grip from me, "It's time to wake up Jammy,"

I saw his beautiful green eye crack open slightly as he smiled at me softly from the unexpected suprise kiss. It looked like an artist had drawn him, he's a masterpiece. I could see the heavenly violin colours from his other eye as he made my life a engaging song.

His bed hair, despite being messy, was still as adorable as he always is.

The rest of the world blurred around me, not just because I can't see, but because he feels like the only other person in the world, but I'd never feel lonely with him around.

"Come on, we need to get food," I told him as he snuggled closer to me, not wanting to stay awake.

"Will there be porridge...?" I heard him mumble as I felt his breath start to tickles my chest as he spoke. I couldn't help but start to chuckle trying not to move too much.

I patted his head softly as I told him, "We eat nothing but porridge in this house Jammy,"

He yawned as he began to finally sit up, releasing me from his gentle embrace, I wish we could stay like that forever. But first food.

One by one I started waking up the others, Jan woke up Remus though, he had a pretty strange reaction. It looked like he was reaching for something.

Then I overheard from them, "You're at Patton's house, your bat is at your house, chill out,"
 
Bat???

"Okay, everyone let's get food!" I enthusiastically announced to the tired and the sleepy people that were rising like zombies from the ground.

Firstly I made Janus' porridge or else he'd fall asleep at the table before he even eats, I know from experience, the last time he came here he fell asleep in his porridge.

Next I made Remus' as he gets pretty hungry and might start canabalizing someone here, and we do not want that.

After him I made Remy's one as he had just made his coffee and likes to drink it with breakfast, personally I don't like eating hot things whilst drinking hot things, the temperature just doesn't work.

Then I made Virgil's, I mixed some jam in with it because I know he likes it and is too anxious to ask, so I do it for him.

Then I made Emile's as he has the most paitence out of all of us, whilst he waited he went on a rant about some Disney characters that aren't too popular in the media and how they should be.

Then I made mine last.

Loki didn't want anything much so he just grabbed a cereal bar from the cabinet

I saw them all waiting at the table for me. Their porridge must be cold by now, but they did it so we'd be able to eat together.

"Okay name stealer we can eat now," Remy told Remus as he began...I suppose the correct word would be eating but he looked like he was inhaling it more.

Emile, Virgil and Janus all had jam either on or in their porridge. Me and Remy had it plain but Remus...he poured ketchup all over it.

I couldn't help but chuckle at his silliness and how he managed to eat it all. I couldn't possible do that.

"KIDS GET READY LETS GO BACK TO THE HOSPITAL TO SEE LOGAN!" My mother yelled from where ever in the house.

I noticed as Janus seemed a bit sadder as the hospital was mentioned.

"Jammy, it'll be alright, I'm here with you, every step of the way," I gave him a small kiss on the forehead before we all went to my room to get changed.
