Mr. Kim's office never ceased to amaze me with it's beautiful view over the vast city of Seoul.
I sat, patiently waiting for him to sort his documents, while I looked through the large windows.
"Seyeon," he started, still looking through some files in his hands, "we changed your contract a while ago. Have you been training hard?"
"Yes sir."
"Good. I see you've been working hard on lyrics too..." his tone was distant almost uninterested in the information he was giving me.
"Yes."
"Well," he finally looked up, "after some thinking we've come to the decision that you should be a soloist."
My eyes widened at the sudden news, "a solo artist? This is so sudden..."
He nodded, putting the papers away, "it just makes sense. With the type of lyrics you write and your look, you could easily be a ballad singer."
A ballad singer?
"Don't work too hard on dancing. Focus on your vocals, that's your strong suit. Who knows, you might actually debut sooner than you expect," he smirked.
