after that shocking incident, the police took them to the station to settle things concerning the house and the cause of the fire.

ana was very serious and was able to cooperate with the officer.
"ma'am. we don't mean to alarm you but," the officer slid a note across the desk.
ana gulped and picked up the paper. it read,

"i told you i would do it"

ana took a deep breath and aggressively ripped the paper apart, "wHAT THE HELL IS THIS SIR???" she yelled at the officer.
"woah woah woah calm down ma'am. no need to cause a ruckus here. i am just simply giving you what is left after the fire." he explained calmly.
"noooooooo! this is clearly on purpose then! someone lit the house on fire while we were gone!" she cried out.
"i don't deny that, ma'am. please just settle down and work with me here."

ana sighed and sat down..
While ana is dealing with the important stuff, here we have kayla and marissa sitting beside her.

marissa was sobbing while kayla was trying to keep it together.
"d-did she just say someone burnt the house down??" marissa cried. kaula nodded.

"it must be the same guy who tried to kidnap u...." kayla replied. "first the death threats and now this...what did i do?"
"THIS IS HORIBBLE!! NOT ONLY DID I LOSE MY IPHONE 13 MAX PRO, ALL OF MY CLOTHES- WAIT MY COMPUTER!!! SHITT!!!—" marissa sulked.
"it's okay, we can always buy new ones."
"sHUT THE FUCK UP KAYLA I BET ITS BURNT TO ASHES I CANT LIVE WITHOUT IT!!" She shook kayla back and forth roughly.
