Reagan
After I hung up with Ricky, I decided to go up to Anthony's room to tell him I was ready. The door was open so I announced my presence before walking in. When I finally walked in, I laid eyes on a sleeping Anthony. He was actually pretty adorable while he was asleep. He must had been tired because I wasn't on the phone with Ricky for that long.  I walked over to him and shook his shoulder slightly. That's all it took to wake him.
"You ready to eat, beautiful?" he asked with a smirk as he rubbed his eyes. I nodded my head with a smile.
We settled for a pizzeria that was near Ant's house. We took it to-go and stopped at a bodega on the way back so that I could cook breakfast in the morning. As we sat in the front of the television finishing our pizza I felt it was the appropriate time to tell Anthony about my plans to stay at a hotel.
"Ant..." I said, getting his attention.
"What's up, ma?" he said, looking my way.
"I have something to tell you." I started.
"Come on. Spit it out." He said with a chuckle.
"Well, I talked to Ricky before I woke you up. We think it's best if I stay in a hotel while I'm out here." I confessed to him.
"I mean if that's what's best for ya'll then I can't complain." He said with a small smile but I could see a flash of disappointment.
"Thanks for understanding, Ant." I said, tackling him in a friendly hug.
"It sucks because I really wanted to get to know you better as a friend." He admitted.
"Just because I'm not staying here, that doesn't mean that we can't get to know each other. We can still have movie nights and you can show me around the city." I offered.
"You're right. We can make that happen." He said before yawning.
"It looks like someone is tired." I said, gathering our trash.
"Yeah. I was up early this morning trying to make things perfect for you. The room you're staying in was originally filled up with my shoeboxes." He said with a laugh. "It's all good though. I'm about to head upstairs and knockout. I'll see you in the, morning, ma." He said, placing a kiss on my forehead.
After hearing what Anthony said, I kind of felt bad but my relationship with my baby is more important. After cleaning the remainder of the mess, I took a shower and then called Ricky. It was still pretty early out there in LA so, I know he'd be up.
"What's up, love?" he greeted when he answered the phone. I instantly melted at the sound of his voice.
"I miss you Schmoopie." I cooed, biting back my tears.
"I miss you too, baby. I'm freaking lonely out here." He said with a slight chuckle.
"Then come out here with me." I suggested.
"I would love to baby but you know how hectic things are around here." He explained. I stayed quiet because I was a little hurt that he wouldn't drop everything for me,
"Christinaaaaa..."he sang through the phone, calling me by my middle name.
                              "I'm here." I responded quietly.
"How can I make you feel better?" he asked in a deep voice. Even though it was early out there, the sound of his vice signaled that he was sleepy. The sound of his voice had me feeling some type of way though. I simply moaned in response to his question.
