Chapter Thirty-Four: Buzz Cut Deserved It.
I COME BACK FROM my shower only to see Jayden sprawled out on my bed like it's his, typing something on his phone. His leather jacket was now thrown to the floor, revealing a white skinny T-shirt from where I could see his lean, yet strong muscles.
And then I realize he's on my bed with his shoes on and his shoes had dirt on. "Hey!"
Jayden looks up at me through his phone, mildly annoyed. "What?"
I walk over to him and kicked his legs down from my bed. "You're ruining my bed. Sit on the floor."
He doesn't argue much and slides down from the bed to the floor and then glances around my room. "On second thought, I think it's my second time visiting your room."
I pick up a towel from my drawer and pressed it against my scalp, attempting to dry the hair, and my mind went back to the time when he slept on my bed.
Two days ago.
"Oh yeah?"
Jayden nodded, finally paying attention to the room and not his phone. "Yep. And I think it's the first room of one of the girl I know that's not pink or purple. That time was dark and I couldn't see."
I registered what he meant by that and whipped the towel on his face. "Ew!"
After my hair was enough dried enough to not tickle my shoulders, I jumped on my bed and spreaded my arms and legs, lying on my back.
"My mom and dad has weird choices when it comes to colors. They were born in the rainbows."
Jayden raises an eyebrow at me, turning his neck and I rolled my eyes. "Just kidding. Except, not, cause they probably were. I don't know. Ugh."
He shake his head, silently laughing and then slowly rested his head on my bed and closed his eyes. And out of nowhere, I smelled the cherry again. Weird thing is I never saw him eating a cherry before. Forget cherry, I've never seen him eating any fruit before whatsoever.
"I wonder what those two are doing. Hope not tearing my bed sheets." He muttered the last part, his eyes still closed.
I frown, having another thought about them. "I don't think he'd do that to Mia. He might be an idiot, but he's not that stupid to do anything she's not ready for."
Jayden opens one eye, and groaned. "She had one boyfriend before. But don't worry. They broke up and she's still a virgin."
I plopped my elbow on the bed and wheeled at him, so that his face is under my shadows, and I could see his small freckles and shaved stubble that I personally prefer not shaved and his pink full lips...
Oh my God that sounded so wrong.
"Really?" I ask, staring into his electric blue eyes, trying not to focus on the stubble.
