6: Oh My God

It's now two days after my little melt down, Romeo is now 4 days old.

It's crazy how quick baby's changed, he's already changed a lot from the day he was born

Jon has been staying here for the past couple nights to keep me company and because he loves Romeo so much

He absolutely adores him you can see it in his eyes, he is absolutely amazing with him which I love so much

Jon's just been staying in the spare bedroom next door to me but every morning he will come through and sit with me and Ro.

I heard my baby's small cries which weren't loud at all and I got up and leaned over his cot

"Good morning mr grumpy" I said and smiled to him "whos a pretty boy" I cooed

"You are" I said in my baby voice "oh yes you are"

He let out a little baby noise making me smile to him

I picked him up and gave him loads of kisses before taking him through to the living room and putting him in his baby chair while I made breakfast, I placed him in front of the tv

The kitchen is joined to the living room so I can keep a eye on him and he's strapped into his chair

He woke up twice again last night so we're both pretty tired but I suppose that's normal

I flicked on the kettle heard footsteps

"Good morning" I heard Jon yawn and I smiled to him as he leaned on the island

"Morning Jonny" I smiled and ruffled his hair "coffee?"

"Yes please" he said and I nodded "where's my little man"

He went over to Romeo and sat in front of him making faces and playing, I grinned at the sight

I made me and him a coffee and made eggs on toast for both our breakfasts and placed it on the table.

I sterilised a bottle for Romeo and brought that over too.

Jon stood up picking up the baby gently and brought him over

"You want me to hold him while you eat?" Jon asked

"Don't be silly I can multi task, I need to feed him anyway" I said and Jon smiled

"Your so good at this" Jon said which made me smile

"I mean I'd hope so" I said taking my baby off him and laying him in my arms

I softly put the bottle in his mouth and he sucked, he takes both the bottle and the boob it just depends but he's quite good.

"How did you sleep" I asked Jon as we both ate

"Good yeah, you?" Jon asked

"Yeah okay, he only woke up twice so wasn't too bad" I yawned

"Any plans today?" Jon asked, I shook my head while holding Ro's bottle

"Nope, you?" I said

"Nope nothing" Jon said and I smiled to him and saw Lottie was phoning me

Jon came over and took the baby and his bottle and continued feeding him so I could answer

"Thank you" I smiled gratefully before picking up the phone

Lottie: reagss hiii, I miss you, was wondering if you and Ro want to come over later on today, Daisy and Phoebe are here too.
