Chapter 26 ~ Wedding Time

Laura's Pov

*Four Months Later*

Well. Here we are. It's my wedding day. To say I'm nervous, is an understatement. I'm already ready. All I have to do is put my dress on. JJ came in and handed me Kindall.

"There's my baby girl." "She really missed her mama last night."

"I missed her too. I don't know how I'm gonna be away from her for two weeks." "You'll be able to call us."

"It's not the same." "You'll be fine. You're gonna be in Australia with your man for two weeks. She'll be in good hands. Me, Hayden and Sarah got this. Don't stress yourself out."

I nodded and said, "How's Jack doing?" "He's pretty nervous. How are you doing?"

"I'm nervous of course. I just want this to be perfect. I don't wanna mess anything up." "You won't. It's gonna be great."

Sierra came in and said, "Laura. You need to come get dressed." "Okay. I'm coming."

I handed Kindall back to JJ and he said, "I'll see you out there baby sister." "Alright Bubba. And please try to get Jack calmed down."

"I got it." "Good. Now go give Kindall to David and go handle my man."

He nodded and walked out. I went in the room with Sierra and she helped me put my dress on.

"Oh! You look so beautiful!" "So do you!"

"So how are you feeling?" "A little nervous. But I think most of that is coming from leaving Kindall for two weeks."

"I get that. I'm the same way with Capri." "Is it stressful being at the altar?"

"Maybe at first. But then you remember you're up there with the love of your life and once it's done you're gonna be married."

I nodded. Katherine came in and said, "We need to get going soon."

"I just need to put on my shoes and my veil." They helped me put everything on and Katherine said, "I can't believe this is actually happening. Me and David always talked about wanting you and Jack to get married. And here we are. I just can't believe it."

"I really love him Katherine. You and David must've seen the future. Because I couldn't imagine marrying anyone else." She hugged me and said, "I'm glad you're officially part of the Gilinsky family."

Before I knew it we were outside the altar. JJ came over to me and said, "Are you ready for this baby sister?" "Ready as I'm ever gonna be."

I heard the music start and Sierra walked out with Brent. Then Laura went out with Sammy. Then Molly went out with Skate. Then it was time for me to walk out with JJ.

We locked arms and he said, "Ready?" I nodded.

We started walking down the aisle and I saw David and Katherine with Kindall. Then I saw Jack. The love of my life. He looked so handsome. We got to the end of the aisle and the officiator said, "Who gives this woman to this man?"

JJ said, "I do." He kissed my cheek and I got up in front of jack. JJ went over and stood on the side of Jack.

Jack said, "You look beautiful baby girl." "You look so handsome."

I saw the tears brimming in his eyes and I knew I had some too. The officiator started and we did our vows and everything. Then we slid the rings on each other's fingers. The officiator said, "I now pronounce you man and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

Jack smiled at me and kissed me. The officiator said, "I now give you Mr and Mrs Jack Gilinsky!"

The music started again and Jack grabbed my hand. We walked back down the aisle and out of the barn. "Looks like you're officially Mrs Jack Gilinsky. How do you feel?"

"A lot less stressed. But still a little sad we're leaving Kindall for two weeks." "She'll be in great hands. JJ, Hayden and Sarah know what they're doing."

I nodded. He said, "Now let's go get the pictures taken and then head back to the house for the reception."

I nodded and after around an hour and a half, we were done with all the pictures. We went back to the house and went inside. I went up to our room and changed into the cocktail dress I had for the reception.

Jack said, "Damn. You look beautiful baby." "Thanks Babe."

He came over to me and wrapped his arms around my waist. "I can't believe you're officially my wife." "I can't believe you're officially my husband."

"Are you ready to make some more Baby K's on our honeymoon?" "I am. But my body might not be."

"I won't force you to have a baby with me. If you're not ready, you're not ready." "I'm ready whenever you are."

"Well. Baby K is five months old right now. So considering we get pregnant on our honeymoon, she'll be around 14 months." "Okay. Well. I mean. If we do happen to get pregnant, we get pregnant. If not, we'll keep trying."

"I love you." "I love you more."

"We should probably get back down there. This is our reception after all." "Fine. I guess we can socialize."

We went back downstairs and went out back. The reception lasted a few hours and soon everyone went home. Our flight to Australia doesn't leave until tomorrow morning, but Jack got us a hotel room for the night. We went inside and he pulled me down on the bed.

"So. Mrs Gilinsky. What do you say we do in this beautiful hotel room?" "I say we work on some baby making."

"That's a good idea." I started kissing him and I'm assuming you know where that lead. Once we were done we laid under the covers snuggling.

"Maybe we should try to get to sleep. Our flight is pretty early tomorrow." I nodded. I snuggled into him and soon I was asleep.
