The night before... Exoria Police Station, 30 minutes after the blast
The police station was once again busy, after an incident that occurred which made half the city go to a blackout state. Even though it was only for a couple of seconds, people were still on guard. You never know what can happen in a world where people have supernatural powers.
But it was sure someone's doing this time. A surveillance camera picked something odd, a red haired kid having a brawl with a grown man, both wearing masks at a certain crossroad
This was in no way an everyday thing to happen. All the officers was talking about the incident, different to how a low-tier district would've handled the situation
"Why did all the camera have to die all of a sudden?"
"Haven't you seen the reports? Apparently there was a blast wave not far from here"
"Yes but... won't the camera at least pick up the blast just milliseconds before it died?"
The officer was logically right. But that wasn't what happened. Blyke accidentally drained all the energies around the city in an attempt to save himself, he might not realize that himself
"Hmm... it's a shame that they were both gone once the camera got back online"
"What about the other cameras? Any traces of them?"
"No... nothing of the sort. God it's irritating when that happens"

Kuyo returned after he lost his target after he got blasted away by the red-haired's wave. He took off his mask, his face annoyed
