The next day, 9:23 AM, Wellston Hallway
Zeke POV
UGH what the hell is my luck for these couple of weeks?! First... Arlo beat me up in front of everyone JUST because I picked a fight with some useless cripples? And THEN... some random fuck beat me up with a mask on. And lastly, Cecile! I didn't even do anything that morning! Why would she beat me up for no reason?
*sigh* they're SO lucky that I'm not as strong at them...
I suddenly see Seraphina coming out from the other hallway
Speak of the devil. Seraphina... This is all because of YOU!
I decided to phase shift to Seraphina's direction across the hallway and shoved her to the lockers with my arms
"URGH! Z-Zeke... Again?!"
"Seraphina... You were lucky that Arlo interrupted me that day. Ever since that day my life has been going like shit. THIS time, I'm not letting you go THAT easy"
After I shoved Seraphina... I heard students gossiping around me
"What is he doing? I thought Arlo clearly told him not to do that?"
"Who knows why... Looks like he's out of his mind"
"Sussh! What if he hears you, you idiot! He'll target me too!"
I didn't care about them at all. I then attempt to punch Seraphina in the guts but I was stopped by someone yet again
"ZEKE!"
Huh? Who is this NOW!
"R-Remi? I-I was just-" I was interrupted by Remi
"What were you JUST about to do?"
"W-Well she pissed me off-"
"Zeke... I hope you realise that you're being a really bad example to the other students AND to this school. Let go of her" Remi demanded
High-tiers... They piss me off so much! Just because you're a bit stronger than me, You can then order me around? I'll Teach you some lesson
I let go of Seraphina, but the attempt to shift behind Remi to get her in the back, but she dodges and grabbed my arm while still in a punching state and zapped me
".....??!! urgh... Y-You-"
Some random students start talking in the background
"What is Zeke thinking? Has he really lost it?"
"Why would he dare to oppose Remi like that?"
"What's he gonna do now?"
"Zeke... I hope that I'll never have to see this ever happen again... And this applies to the other student as well! Is that clear?!" Remi stated
"Y-Yes Ma'am!" The students started to scatter from the hallway
"Zeke... I'm really dissapointed in you, don't let me see you like this again"
"Y-Yes, I'm sorry..." Said Zeke while walking away from Remi
Remi POV
*sigh* Just what is going on with this school? Is this just happening in Wellston? Or does this apply to all the schools around the world? And how did I just notice these things just NOW? John was right... I was blinded by the power I was given, and took it all for granted
"Seraphina! Are you alright? Here, let me help you walk to the infirmary"
"N-No its fine... I can still walk. Thanks Remi" Said Sera
"Ok but at least let me accompany you"
