Meanwhile at Draco's cabin / Draco's POV:

I can't believe I really said that. Like what was going on in my otherwise clear and clever head. EVEN BLAISE CAN'T STOP LAUGHING AT ME.
"Not even the brightest witch of our age could", Blaise imitated me, "Seriously, Draco? Was that a flirt? Usually, when you're flirting, you got way better pick-up lines with you. hahaha, bloody hell, I can't stop laughing"

I felt very embarrassed, that's why I shushed him and told him: "Mate, you know that I've got a huge crush on her since I first saw her, okay? She's just my crush. Since forever. And now that Weaselbee decided to work as a auror, I would really like to tell her about my true feelings for her. I had to hide my feelings for so long and now I've got the chance to confess that I love her. What's wrong with that?"

"But what about Astoria? And Pansy? I thought these two girls were your type. Your father told me you are going to marry Astoria, aren't you?!"

"Oh please, father is in Azkaban and Astoria really isn't my type. I think we don't have to discuss what I don't like about Pansy. She's just a weirdo and annoying. More than Weaselbee or Weaslette could ever be. Father isn't here, Weaselbee isn't neither, so there's nothing in my way", I tried to end the discussion and put on my cocky smile.

At this moment, Pansy came back to our cabin again, hopefully, she didn't hear us, with a huge amount of chocolate frogs.

"Hello Draco", she said with a cringe urgent voice.

"Uhm, hello", was my answer. I wouldn't be so polite to her if she didn't bring chocolate frogs.

"You wanna have some chocolate frogs? These are even better than the pudding at Hogwarts -and that means they have to be very delicious!"

I didn't answer her, I just took off the plenties of chocolate frogs she got us. I ate up my frog quickly and looked at my card. It was one of Hermione Granger.

Hermione Granger
Known as the brightest witch of her age. She helped the famous Harry Potter at defeating Who-must-not-be-named. 

I looked at the portrait of her, she looked amazing, like she always does. She was smiling at me through the card. I hope she will smile at me once in real life.
Blaise caught me staring at the portrait, he smirked and said: „I honestly think you two would make a great couple. But I prefer you and Harry haha. No, I'm just kidding. You and Hermione could be the brightest couple of our age, I'm rooting for you two. I've got Ron's card."

„Uh, would you mind if I could borrow it from you?", I asked, trying to play down my feelings.

"Yes, why not"

I took it and tore it into two pieces. I am extremely angry with the fact that I could have every girl, but the only one I truly want to be Hermione Jean Granger.
I wouldn't be a Malfoy if I didn't make up a plan yet. This plan says that I'll be with her, sooner or later...
