A part 2 was requested so here it is after a very very very long time, I'm so sorry.
LOWKEY REALLY BAD IM SORRY
(FEM READER)
---10 years later---
I stood in front of the mirror in my bedroom pacing back and forth staring at the ring on my finger. I have never been more nervous for anything in my entire life. My parents had passed away due to illness 3 years ago and I am so upset that they can't be here today. Before I could shed any tears, Diana came bursting through the door, dress in hand.
"I'm so sorry I'm late! My train just got in! I haven't seen you girls in years!" She cried.
"No worries, Diana," I replied, trying to play off my nerves and running to her.
Prissy, Jane, and I engulfed Diana in a big hug. She had left for London 5 years ago and we haven't seen her since nor did we talk to her while she was away. After the hug ended, I got a sudden rush of nausea.
I sat down on my bed next to Prissy and Jane.
"Are you nervous, y/n?" Jane asked.
I looked down and fiddled with my fingers.
"You can be honest with us," Diana reassured.
"Of course, I'm nervous. What if I walk down the aisle and he realizes he doesn't love me anymore?" I asked panicking.
"That won't happen. You should hear the way he talks about you at home." Jane piped in.
I laughed quietly.
"I hope you're right," I said.
"You need to finish getting ready." Jane screeched, glancing at the time.
The girls and I flurried around the room until we were all ready. Diana and Jane were buttoning up the back of my dress when Prissy started crying.
"Prissy, don't cry!" I urged.
"I'm sorry, you're just so beautiful. My brother is so lucky." She said, wiping her tears.
"She's right, Billy is a lucky man." Diana added.
We all shared a hug and laughed. As I was putting my veil on, Diana spoke up.
"Y/n, you never told me who's walking you down the aisle. Is your father here?"
Jane and Prissy looked down, almost in embarassment for Diana.
"What have I said? Is something wrong?" She asked nervously.
"My parents passed away a few years ago." I told her.
"Y/n, why didn't you tell me?" She inquired.
"I didn't want to bother you on your trip. We can't let this sadness put a damper on the fun of getting ready." I said quickly, changing the subject.
"To answer your question, Mr. Andrews is giving me away," I said, smiling.
"My goodness! You'll be late if we don't leave now." Jane shouted.
We all rushed out the door to our carriage. The ride to the church felt like the longest ride of my life. I was so excited and it felt like the ride would never end. As soon as we pulled up Jane, Prissy, and Diana got out to help me. I waited in the back and I was shaking. I stood next to Mr. Andrews as he went on and on about how much Billy loved me. It was reassuring, but nerves filled me up from top to bottom.
I took his arm and we walked slowly together. As soon as I saw Billy standing there, tears began to well up in my eyes. He smiled at me, tears in his eyes as well. Gilbert patted him on the back as he moved closer to me. He looked so handsome up at the altar and when I saw him, I knew that he could make me happy for the rest of my life.
To be completely honest, the ceremony was a blur until the very end when he put the ring on my finger. Kissing Billy on our wedding day felt like when we kissed for the first time after he walked me home from the hockey game. Everyone cheered and clapped as he dipped me down to kiss me.
Everyone was enjoying the reception at the Andrews' house. Billy and I were dancing around his house without a care in the world. Diana sat down at the piano and began to play a slower song, everyone began to pair up as Billy pulled me closer.
"Can I tell you something?" He whispered in my ear.
"Of course." I replied, looking at him and smiling.
"Do you remember that day at the Sweet Shoppe when I gave you coconut for the first time?" Billy asked cheekily.
"Yes?" I replied with a questioning tone.
"I heard you tell me that you'd love me forever." He said sweetly.
"You did?" I asked, giggling.
"Yes and guess what?" He replied, spinning me in his arms.
"I'll love you forever too." He replied, kissing me softly.
"Well, that's good news now that we're married." I joked.
"I have never been happier then I am with you y/n." Billy admitted.
"Me either. I don't remember a day that you never made me smile. Thank you for that." I said, honestly.
"You're so very welcome. There are plenty more smiles to come." He told me.
"Oh yes?" I asked, cheekily.
"Absolutely." He said, kissing me gently.
I always knew that I would love him forever.
