What's up, folks?! I hope you guys are doing well because this Corona is making many people panic! Please remember to STAY INSIDE! It helps tremendously! #readtogether

Anyway...

Y'all doing alright after all of that teasing?

Do you think Carmon and Trent will eventually get together? How are you feeling about the two?

Well, we are back with another chapter for Screw Me Over! Jana is here to try and pick up her friend while maybe falling into....not love....but something else.

Okay, I'll stop. I'll stop.

Anyway, please see the triggers that are in the summary of this story! Jana may speak a bit more about her relationship and if you don't read stuff like that...just don't read it. If you've made it this far in the story, you're okay with her relationship with Jess.

Alright, y'all! That's all I have! You may continue! 💜🤫

"Babe, I'm scared as hell. What do you think is wrong with Carmon?" I asked Jess nervously as we studied Carmon's posture on the couch. She was just sitting there with her hands on her face and her hair all over her head. Would you believe me if I told you that this woman was sitting like this for three days straight?

That's exactly how she stayed. As all of us walked through the living space, we kept eyeing Carmon on the couch just to see if she would move. She didn't move an inch.

The rest of us just figured that she was still pissed at us about the whole Heath thing. She had been gone for a while and we thought she didn't want to be bothered. None of us said anything to her out of fear that she would flip the hell out. She was worse than Jess when she was freaked out. You don't remember when she tried to kill Rena a few months ago?

"Why don't YOU talk to her? She's closer to you than the rest of us. She'll probably talk to you more," Jess spoke as she prepared herself for work. My eyes studied my beautiful slim fiancée as she slipped her jeans on for work. Watching her clasp her bra on from the front and spin it to the back was the hottest thing I had ever seen in that moment.

The worst part about having a partner that worked in retail or fast food is that they work on weekends. They have no options but to go in. I couldn't eat her up and out in that moment. Fuck work, have sex. Shit.

She had a point though. Carmon opened up to me the most but I didn't want Jess knowing about our past together or for her to jump to conclusions. We've already had someone jump to conclusions out of our relationship.

"Fine, but you have a great day at work. Don't hurt anybody or fuck anyone up, alright?" I said as my left hand connected to her right ass cheek. She didn't feel confident about her body but let others believe she was and played the part well. As long as I loved it though, that was all that mattered. It felt good knowing that I was the only one who could do that to her and she love it.

Once she smirked back at me in the mirror, I wrapped my arms around my loving lady while begging "Please don't leave me, boo! PLEASE!"

"Now you know good and well-"

"Yeah, I know. 'I've gotta go to work so we can move out soon and still have money in our pockets'. I get it. Just one night, I'd wish you'd skip work to stay with me," I mocked as she finished getting ready for work. She gave me the devilish smirk before grabbing her keys.

Surprise! None of the other girls know, but Jess and I have been house hunting for a minute. We figured that it would be the right time to look around since we're getting married soon...hopefully.
