*A/N: What's up, folks?! Just a warning, there is mention of abuse in here. If you don't feel comfortable, don't read it. Skip over that part if you really have to. Remember to see all trigger warnings at the beginning of the story!

What about Carmon sending Jana over to his house? Was that right of Carmon to do that or do you think that Jana chose to go over there so it's not really Carmon's fault?

What about Jessica leaving a tracker in Jana's foot? Kinda obsessive or nah?

We hope to see a happier Raina coming soon because it's heartbreaking trying to type a sad Raina, okay? That's my god baby!

Tell me your thoughts because I'd really like to know.

Anyway! Comment, vote, and share! All that good jazz!

Alright, you may continue. 🤫💜

"What the hell is going on with you? Why are you speeding, Jana?" I asked once Jana picked up the FaceTime call. My eyes watched multiple homes speed by through the driver's side window. The trees went by in the blink of an eye. Jana looked so distraught as if she were about to bawl.

"Tell Carmon that I'm never going back over there again and if she lets Raina go over there again, I'm calling the police on both of them," she demanded as she watched the roads and tears developed in her eyes. From the look on her face, it looked like she was trying to hold her tears back. Why was she about to cry though? What a cry baby.

Little did she now that I've already tried. It all started when we were younger. Carmon brought Heath into the house for the first time. She was 15 and I was 11, about to turn 12. Heath was about 20 at that time. Aunt Clara was 'at work' and we were home by ourselves. Carmon introduced that monster to me and you wouldn't think he would be the dangerous person he is now if you had met him back then. His grey eyes pierced into my soul and his smile made my young heart worry for my sister.

That night, he and Carmon were watching a movie. I was stuck upstairs drawing my beautiful stick figures with different types of fashions. Carmon called me downstairs and asked me if I wanted anything from the grocery store. Of course, I said no because she was going to Kroger. As a young girl, I still wanted the best of the best. Whole Foods was where Aunt Clara and I got our groceries from.

Anyway, I declined and went back upstairs. She tried to tell me that Heath was staying behind, but I thought nothing of it. As long as he stayed downstairs, everything was fine.

Sadly, that didn't happen.

Once Carmon left, he came upstairs and knocked on my door. Opening the door, my eyes landed on a sneering Heath.

His eyes looked into mine with lust in them and said, "You want to hang out for a minute until your sister comes back?"

Thinking nothing of it, I agreed to hang out with him. As my feet were leading me out of my room, Heath stopped me and said that we were staying in my room. That's when I fell curious. Why in the world would he want to hang out in my room? What was wrong with the living room?

Since he was older and he was an adult in my eyes, I walked back into my room and just continued drawing my future fashion designs. This was something I shouldn't have done.

He come over to my bed and watched me draw my future designs. He asked questions and looked intrigued. The words spewing from his lips were encouraging and supportive as if he was really interested in what I was doing. He asked me what I wanted to be when I grew older, he asked about my grades, he even asked me why I wanted to be a fashion designer. He sat there and he listened to every word I said. It was like he wanted to know more about me.
