Everyone was afraid. Heroes. Villains. Civilians. They were all getting killed. To make it worse, there were multiple victims clustered in different areas in Musutafu. This sudden change baffled the police to the point where they started to believe that there are more than just one person involved.

"That actually makes a lot more sense," Investigator Edo said during the meeting.

"We assumed there was only one murderer, but we missed obvious signs. As we've seen in different areas, some pro heroes resisted before getting killed. We saw remnants of different quirks in the area like crystal shards, cracked walls, vines, and even melted steel. There must be multiple killers with the same type of knives!" he added.

"Wouldn't that make things worse? We know have to catch several people, and it'd be dangerous if they were all under one organization." a pro said.

"Could they be related to the League of Villains?" another pro asked.

"That's quite unlikely. Remember, this 'group' killed villains too...there is a possibility..." Edo drifted off.

"A possibility of what?"

"A possibility that the culprit is linked to the League of Villains. What if the culprit was lone killing the whole time?" Edo asked.

"What are you talking about? You said it yourself. There were different quirks in each crime scene. Unless you're telling us the culprit has...multiple quirks.." a pro hero trailed.

Realization hit the room.

"We have to call the top heroes now!" a police officer shouted.

"We also have to pull out the local heroes! It's too dangerous for them!" another shouted.

While the room was in a panic, Edo sat silently in deep thought.

'I really hope this isn't the case but...everything makes sense like this. If this culprit is the same one that person fought, we could be in potential danger. We must defeat the immediately' he thought.

Izuku hummed as he took a warm bath. His body was already well-toned since he had a muscular-type quirk and his senses were sharp. He felt like a totally different person compared to his old, useless, quirkless self.

He got out of the bath and turned on the tv. News of his quirk hunting was being reported. People were beginning to doubt and untrust the police and heroes, as they lived in almost constant fear. A corrupt smile crept onto Izuku's face as he stared at the screen in front of him. By destroying their trust in heroes and police, he was getting closer and closer to his idea of a perfect society.

However, that wasn't good enough. The man who blessed with this power wouldn't be satisfied with that. Even Izuku wasn't satisfied. He greedily hungered for more and more power.

'I CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS' he thought with clenched fists and gritted teeth.

"Mom! I'm going out for a bit" Izuku shouted.

"Take care sweetie!" Inko shouted back.

A muscular man with short, spiky, crimson hair was sitting in his office. He had a huge scar that ran vertically through the left side of his face. That man is the number one hero, Endeavor. His phone rang while he read through files, but he picked it up anyways.

"Hello Endeavor" a voice greeted.

"...Edo. What do you want?" Endeavor asked.

"You know why I'm calling."

Endeavor glanced back at the files he was previously reading. It was about the dead victims at the crime scenes in Musutafu. They all had knife wounds that were identified to be from the same type of knife.

"It's about the recent murders, isn't it."

"Yes. The police would like to officially ask for your assistance." Edo told the flame hero.

"I did a bit of an investigation on my own, and you're right. I think it would be the most logical to join forces. We're going to get rid of that psycho."

"I couldn't have said it better myself, but there is a bit of a...complication...regarding the murderer."

Edo told Endeavor about the recent deductions they complied about the culprit.

"What? Are you serious? There's a chance it's a Nomu?" Endeavor asked.

He couldn't believe it. If this was the truth, and it really was a Nomu, then the city is in danger. A Nomu nearly killed him, but luckily, he only ended up with a huge scar going across his left eye. If one of those was playing around in his city, then it was only logical that he, the number one hero, put an end to its sudden rampage.

"How sure are you that this is the case?" he asked.

"We have traces of multiple quirks used in the crime scenes. Either there are multiple culprits or the culprit has multiple quirks."

"...And Nomus have multiple quirks."

"Exactly. Keep in mind, though that this is only 50% accurate. We don't know for sure, but its the best we could come up with"

Endeavor hung up and went into deep thought mode. If it was a Nomu, then this case has to be connected to the L.o.V (League of Villains). But...what would they gain by killing indiscriminately? He had a lot of thoughts zooming around in his mind, but none of those would be answered if he just sat around in his office.

"I'm going out for a bit," Endeavor told his sidekicks and walked out of his hero agency. His assistance was needed, so to the police department, he went. Musutafu was his home too so if some dangerous Nomu was using it as its playground, that means it could bring danger to everyone. Including his family.

Endeavor was not exactly a 'family man' as one would say. He abused his wife, neglected his children, and made his son, Shouto, hate him, however, he wanted to change that. All of It. It wasn't too late to atone himself. He wanted to be apart of their world and see their smiles once again, despite the fact that he was a terrible man.

His thoughts were interrupted by a boy. A boy wearing a grey hoodie atop his head. His head hung low so he wasn't able to see the boy's face.

"Ah...the number one hero. Perfect!" the boy said.

"Can I help you, young man?" Endeavor grunted.

"Yes. As a matter of fact, you can! You will help me...overthrow this society!" The boy said with a bit of psychotic hinting in his voice. He quickly looked up, revealing his eyes.

'What's this aura? His eyes...They're...glowing!' Endeavor thought. He couldn't see the boy's face because, in a second, everything around the boy was blown away.

Windows shattered. People were knocked away. Cars flipped upside down. Endeavor managed to stay standing, but even he was pushed back a bit.

'Who is this?' Endeavor thought.

The mystery boy snapped his fingers and the gray hoodie he was previously wearing transformed into a black suit. A black helmet with small industrial pipes covered his face.

"Now 'Number One Hero'! Show Japan how strong you really are!"
