Everything was still and there was no sound except for a small breeze. All for One and Lemillion were silently glaring at one another. They were all messy and bleeding due to fight damages. Despite having Impact Redial, AFO still felt pain and his arms were numb.
Neither moved a muscle. A small piece of debris then broke from the destroyed apartments, signalling the start of their battle.
All for One crystallized his arms while Lemillion prepared to punch. Then AFO teleported behind the hero at the speed of light
What?!, the hero thought.
He coudn't react in time. Lemillion recieved the full force of All for One's signature punch and was blown away. As he was flying, All for One quickly teleported behind him and punched him again. This time, Lemillion blocked it and Permeated into the ground.
Lemillion appeared far away from the villain. His enemy was clearly different than a couple hours before. All for One wasn't fighting recklessly to try to overpower the hero with all his quirks at once. Instead, he was using his quirks as efficient as he could in order to defeat the Permeationist before him. That thought made the student kinda anxious. He wasn't exactly sure how many quirks the green-haired teen had, and if he made quirk combination beforehand, Lemillion would surely die.
That's why he had to step up his game.
"One for All: 1000%!" Lemillion shouted. And just like that bright, yellow, glowing sparks flickered and danced around the blonde's body.
He felt his muscles straining. Moving from 100% to 1000% was a huge leap for him, and it was the first time he'd even attempted it.
All Might warned him not to go over 100, but in this situation, he had no choice. It was do or die.
All for One charged at Lemillion, but the hero disappeared before his green eyes. Before he knew it, a strong blow to his face flew him through the city. Using his enhanced speed, he caught up with All for One and snagged him by his face then slammed him into the ground and then snagged him again and threw him back to their original spot.
All for One grabbed his arm.
"Impact Redial!"
Lemillion shouted and wriggled in pain. The piled up power of is attacks were directed at his arm and it shattered. He backed away as AFO stood up, regaining his former posture.
All for One shot fire, but Lemillion slipped through the ground before the flames could come into contact with him. This time, Izuku used his heat detection to see where Lemillion was and predicted where he'd pop up.
The blonde appeared and AFO was preparing to knock him with his crystallized fists, giant arms, shockwave, explosion, mach punch, and vibration quirks.

The rumbling of the showdown between the hero and villain could be felt from miles away. Every time their fists clashed, the earth beneath them would shake. Collateral damage? They didn't give a shit. All they wanted was to defeat the other. Strong gusts of wind tore off building roofs. Powerful rumblings made even those who were far away, lose their balance.
"This is crazy..." Momo said.
"HAHAHHAHAHAHHA! Did we really attempt to take that guy on? We're stupid." Neito remarked as he started to laugh like a maniac again.
Uraraka felt nauseous even though she hasn't overused her quirk yet. All for One was just toying with them. In reality, he could kill them whenever he wanted. Then she wondered. What happened to him? How could he hate this world so much? He looked so plain and normie, she felt he could be a nice person. I guess it really isn't the time to wonder about something so trivial. They didn't have time to question when the outcome of this battle was unclear. If AFO wins, this world will crash into ultimate destruction. They had to find a place to hide or at least escape quick.
"Come here!" a voice from above shouted.
They looked up, in fear of whoever it could be.
A man with carmel-honey hair and fiery red wings was flapping above them. He looked distressed and in a rush as he was panting.
"Hawks?!"
