Endeavor stared at the villain in front of him. The suit he was wearing accompanied by the mask reminded him of a certain villain. Someone he'd seen before, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. It was no thinking matter right now, though. Endeavor looked all around him. There were injured people, but no severe cases as far as he could see. They were all evacuating and thankfully they carried the injured. Pro heroes started to enter the scene, helping the civilians out. Some stood beside Endeavor.
"I only need Endeavor. The rest should go unless you want your lives cut short!" the villain warned with a devilish grin hidden behind the pipe mask.
They felt his strong murderous aura just by being in his presence. Endeavor felt cold sweat run down the sides of his face, despite the fact he was currently 80% flame.
"Endeavor. What should we do?" a pro asked, not taking his eye off the criminal before him.
"He's just a lone villain and we got the number one hero here! Let's take him out!" another pro said.
"Wait!" Endeavor shouted, but it was too late.
A beam of light energy was shot from the criminal's index fingertip and left a hole in the foolish hero's chest. The other heroes watched in horror as they watched their comrade collapse to the ground. He was dead.
"Like I said. I only need Endeavor. Extras like you aren't even worth my time." the villain warned again, this time pointing a finger in Endeavor's direction.
"Everyone! Help with evacuations! Leave this guy to me." Endeavor told the others.
The pros stood their ground, ignoring Endeavor's order.
"We can't just leave! We can win easily if we take hi on together!" a pro protested.
"NO! You'll just die! Besides...If All Might was here, you would obey his order without a second thought! I AM HERE yada yada! Leve this guy to me!" Endeavor yelled.
The pros just looked to each other then shrugged and fled the scene, helping the others in need.
"Are you done? This is so boring," the villain said with a fake yawn.
"What are you, five?"
"Your impression of All Might needs some work."
"I don't really care about your stupid opinion, villain."
"Fair enough. Shall we get started?"
"Way ahead of you!" Endeavor shouted before he held out both arms like canons and shot out two big balls of flame from his fists.
The big flames didn't even reach the villain. Endeavor tried to make a more accurate projectile track and make the flames bigger and hotter, but that failed too.
'Is he resistant to flame? Is that why he urged the others to leave?' Endeavor thought to himself, trying other strategies in the process.
While in thought, Endeavor didn't notice the villain was out of his sight. He looked around in confusion.
'He was right here...!' he thought
It took him a second to realize that he must be in the back of him and when he turned around, he received a blow to the stomach. It was a powerful one that sent him crashing into a nearby building.
"Enhanced Strength, Impact Wave, Shockwave Force, and Crystal Spike is a wonderful combination!" the guy said, looking at his fist which was enlarged and covered in green spikes.
Endeavor let out a pained cough and touched his lower abdomen which was covered in thick red liquid.
'What was that? He shot beams, teleported, and had superstrength?' Endeavor thought as he limped out of the destructed building.
