It was just a regular day, or at least, for him. Restraining a few villains, saving some people, and patrolling the streets became Izuku's daily life ever since he graduated from UA 2 years back. He was currently ranked fourth in the hero rankings despite being in service for only about two years.
He had a lot of people to thank for his success. If it weren't for them, he wouldn't be proudly patrolling the streets in his iconic green hero suit. People would wave at him as he walked by, and of course, he would smile sweetly and wave back.
Besides the fact that the League of Villains were still on the loose, it was relatively peaceful in Japan compared to other countries. That was because the rookie hero, Deku, captured villains in a flash and saved countless lives already. But he wasn't the only one who contributed to the peace of Japan.
There was Shoto who just started his own agency and solved cases just as fast as his father. Katsuki already took down many strong villains and syndicates despite his nasty attitude and temper. Ochaco took part of many rescue operations and saved countless lives. The dweebs from five years ago grew into wonderful heroes.

Izuku arrived at his apartment...it was a mess. There were still untouched packages and cardboard boxes in one corner of the empty studio. He still hadn't done his laundry, and dust was starting to pile up on the wood floors and windowsills. He'd just moved away from the shared house with his mom, and even though his mom promised not to clean his studio for him, he felt like he needed her to. It was embarrassing for a man at his age to depend on his mother like that, but Izuku was hopeless.
Inko had another suggestion for Izuku, though. She advised him to find a girlfriend who'd be willing to take care of him. Izuku shot the suggestion down since he was still young and had to focus on his career. If he were to have a significant other, he'd want them to be with him willingly.
Izuku shook the thought from his mind and focused on something to eat. Dinner.
Just as he was about to enter the kitchen, his apartment began to shake.
"An earthquake?" Izuku questioned.
The shaking intensified and the studio lights flickered vigorously, and then....CRRRRCK. A crack appeared on the wall across from Izuku. A hole soon formed and began sucking things into it. Boxes, paperwork, household items, everything.
Save us.. He heard a voice pleading in his head, ringing louder and louder.
Yup, you guessed it. Izuku was sucked into the hole as well.
There were vibrant colors moving at the speed of light beyond Izuku as he was dragged by an invisible force. He felt impossibly nauseous like he could puke at any moment..ew. The voices continued to ominously beg and plead annoyingly in his head.
Then suddenly..the invisible force halted, bringing the poor man to a stop. It was as if time had slowed down. Izuku found that he was in the middle of a machine that was about to burst into pieces at any moment. There were sparks flying everywhere, and little flames scattered around the build. A young girl, maybe 12-13, was strapped to a chair that connected to the machine like a lab rat, screaming in agony.
The way Izuku was slowly gravitating down, he assumed he'd touch the ground with no problem, so in that short amount of given time, he activated his Full Cowling. He leaped at superhuman strength, the immense pressure boosting him forward despite being mid-air, and swiftly got the girl safely out of the strapped chair. He went a good distance away from the machine so there'd be no more casualties.
"Are you okay? You looked pretty bad back there" Izuku asked worriedly.
That was when he noticed something weird. The girl seemed strangely familiar.. As he observed her features, he found that she had dull white-gray hair that went down her back and a small horn on the right side of her forehead. She also had big ruby eyes and thin limbs. There was only one girl in Izuku's life that he'd seen that looked like the girl he held in his arms, but before he could say anything, he heard people scrambling to get to their feet.
