Izuku groaned in pain when the warm water of the shower touched his fresh burns. They hadn't healed at all since the day he got them. He underestimated Endeavor. The last attack -Prominence Burn- was so powerful that most of his body was burned. Even though he had a self-healing quirk, it would take time for him to completely heal.

He got out of the shower, throwing on some clothes. Using an illusionary quirk, he hid his burn marks while walking into the living room. Izuku stared at the tv. The news was on.

"We are currently suffering from the loss of our recent No. 1 hero, Endeavor. In his short reign, he managed to deal with difficult cases, but just yesterday, he was defeated by a mysterious villain that goes by the name 'All For One'. This new villain hasn't made a move for a couple of days now. Here we have an official statement from the police." the news reporter said as the camera shifted to Investigator Edo.

"Currently we have identified this All For One to be a person with multiple quirks. As seen in the footage from the battle including our late Endeavor, he had different quirks to fight with like Wether Manipulation, Shockwaves, and Super Strength. Because of this, we advise heroes and the public to be on high alert. Heroes should avoid confronting the man alone and focus on retreating and getting help. We are doing everything we can to identify this murderer and put him behind bars in order to give peace to the Todoroki family and the other victims." he told the media.

"How are you planning to defeat someone that stood toe-to-toe against Endeavor? According to the heroes that witnessed the fight, All For One easily killed one hero who recklessly charged at him." The journalist said, speaking from a document in his hand and a mic in another.

"We are currently working on countermeasures against him. So far, we're not only trying to contact Japanese heroes but foreign heroes too. If one hero isn't enough, we'll just have to band together with the toughest people we can find. We'll bring Earth's strongest heroes against him." Edo answered

"All For One suddenly came out of nowhere and attacked Endeavor in broad daylight. Is spreading fear all he wanted to do or do the police think there's some ulterior motive?" another journalist asked. 

"We can't say for sure. So far, we believe he fought and eventually killed Endeavor just to make his presence known to the public." Edo responded.

That statement caused a whole lot more journalists to rise up and ask more questions. Izuku just smirked at their theories.

'How foolish' he thought.

Suddenly a memory of someone he hated rushed into his mind.

After being told to give up on his awaited dream of being a hero despite not having a quirk, Izuku walked home with a broken heart. Now that his idol said that to his face, he had no choice but to accept it. He had to think more realistically if he wanted to survive in this cruel world.

While on his way home, he heard a loud explosion sound and saw smoke. He ran over to see what was causing it and was horrified of what was happening. The slime villain that All Might supposedly captured was suffocating a person. What was worse, though, was that person was his childhood friend, Katsuki Bakugo.

He looked around to see what the pros were doing because they sure weren't helping him. They were only controlling the damage. None of them were even trying to risk their lives for this boy like All might had said heroes did. Izuku wanted to help, but what could a powerless boy like him do against a strong villain like that?

Izuku looked at his hands in pity and cursed himself because he knew he couldn't do anything. He turned around and was about to walk away, but saw a familiar skinny figure. A little wave of hope entered his heart as he saw a real hero.

All Might.

To Izuku's surprise, All Might did nothing but watch. He couldn't believe it. The very hero that told him pros risk their lives for the protection of other people, was just standing there staring at the villain suffocating Katsuki.

He felt like a clown. He felt betrayed.

The situation was soon resolved when a hero with a solidifying quirk stepped into the scene and froze the villain in its tracks. Katsuki was safely rescued and the villain was detained. It wasn't a happy ending, though. Not for Izuku at least.

He knew this wasn't how things should be. This society was trash. All Might was a hypocrite. Nothing but hatred filled the green-haired boy. Izuku couldn't believe he wanted to follow in the tracks of a phony like him. The very thought of All Might made him sick.

He had the power to do it.

Izuku silently went to his room and sat on his bed. He wondered about what move he should make next. He had already killed No. 1 hero and the public was surely shaken, but what should he do next? How could he ruin society when the top was already shattered?

An idea then popped in his head. If the strongest was defeated, all he had to do was nip the growing buds,

Shouto Todoroki couldn't believe he was crying. His brother, Natsuo, was clenching his fists, while his sister, Fuyumi, and his mother, Rei, were crying into each other's shoulders. 

He despised his father. All the hardships he went through, the current state of his mother, the broken family he was in, and all other disasters were caused by him. If this was all the truth then why? Why wouldn't the tears stop?

Maybe it was because he knew his father was trying to make amends and atone and have the family they all yearned for. Or maybe the change of his father's attitude when he became the No. 1 hero gave him hope that his father could change... that one day he would be proud of his father.

All that was now gone. All that remained was a dead corpse that had once been a man named Enji Todoroki.

"All For One..." Shouto, seething in anger, muttered under his breath with clenched fists.

"Shouto..." Natsuo said, putting his hand on his shoulder. He was worried that his brother possibly wanted revenge.

"I know. That villain defeated the old man. As much as I'd hate to admit it, even if I wanted revenge, I wouldn't stand a chance." Shouto said, loosening his fists a bit.

Rei continued crying hile Fuyumi tried comforting her. No matter how much he hated his father, Shouto felt he didn't deserve to die. His father was asking for a second chance that he'll never get now. 

Shouto sighed and wiped his puffy eyes. If his father seen him crying 7 years ago, he would've gotten beat, but that was in the past. He wondered what he would do if he saw Shouto in his present state. It was ultimately useless to think about. The old man was dead.

A week passed and Izuku is now standing in front of one of the top 10 hero schools in Japan known as Seiai Academy. It was filled with students training to be heroes. What better way to crush society than to kill off soon-to-be heroes? This action would make the publics' trust in heroes and police completely disappear.

"Now....It's showtime!" the boy said, attaching his black helmet.
